With two beautiful studios and over a dozen different instructors, Hope offers yoga experiences for everyone. There are multiple daytime classes offered but the biggest perk for me is most nights there are six different classes to choose from on any given evening. Each instructor has their own unique teaching style which offers so much diversity. All of the instructors, no matter their style, support the idea of honoring the body you came with. Everyone walking through the doors of Hope gets exactly what they need from the beginner to the seasoned Yogi.
I couldn’t dream up a more perfect yoga studio. Jackie and her team have cultivated the most inviting, beautiful, and non-judgemental space. Yoga at hope is truly for EVERY body, with modifications and embellishments always offered. We are so lucky to have this space in FP! Also…the most amazing boutique with cute and thoughtful gifts for everyone!
This is the Mother ship. First and founding location (another studio in Westlake) of you’re “coming home place”. Welcoming and nurturing atmosphere. No fancy attire or moves needed. HOPE’s skilled instructors will guide you through your own true to self Yoga experience. The space is simple and calming with great energy. Tons of retail therapy if you so choose in the space out front. Gorgeous outdoor, open sky practice space during warmer seasons.

Beautiful studio with a warm sense of community. Perfect balance of motivational body-conditioning and peaceful self-love. The little shop in the lobby features books on the studio's values: finding self-love, processing grief, nurturing relationships, etc. Each teacher prepares very intentional flows for each class, so whether you're there twice a month or twice a day, you will add something fresh and meaningful to your practice. Highly recommend the monthly unlimited pass!
After a couple of years of not practicing I knew I wanted to get back to yoga. So glad I found Hope yoga. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. I love the come as you are motto. The foundations class is the perfect pace for me to restart with! The studio is clean, cozy and relaxing. Looking forward to taking more classes!
Hope Yoga Studio is not just a yoga studio, it's an entire experience. Each and every person (staff, teachers, students) are all incredibly welcoming, accommodating and simply amazing. I have never taken a class that is the same but always enjoy the practice. Hope doesn't stop on the mat, they participate in volunteer events and social engagement. I love this studio and highly recommend to ANYONE wanted to start yoga, get back to yoga, continue to practice yoga.
I went to Hope Yoga Studio for a Mommy&Baby class and I loved it! My baby was 3 months old and she enjoyed it too. Being in a room with a bunch of other moms and babies was very healing on the soul especially for a first time mom who gets worried her baby will cry the whole time we aren’t home.
