Hooters - Sports bar in Alcoa - 1099 Hunters Crossing, USA

Attention Attention, Maryville folks! Hooters is going down hill! We called ahead to let the restaurant know we have a family dinner party of 9, at first we pulled in and the parking and not many cars in the parking lot. So, when we walked in and told the manager the amount in our party he acted freaked out and unable to accommodate our party. After several minutes of waiting in an overall dead dinner space, they attempted to seat us at a table meant for 6 and we had to be relocated to a different area. Once seated we had to wait for several minutes to give drink orders and had to wait a while for the drinks themself. Same for ordering and receiving food. When going to order pitchers of beer we were not informed immediately of the one pitcher per person of drinking age. Our party however was fine with following the rules but our server rudely questioned who was actually drinking the pitcher even though everyone who was drinking was of legal age and no where near intoxicated. The server then snitched to the manager, as if we where in the wrong, who then came off accusing but later ended up agreeing with us about how pitchers are meant to be shared, not drinken soley.The server was overall rude and had a distain attitude all night even upon being seated. While we know serving a larger party can be challenging. The server had minimal tables she needed constant help from both us and the manager on duty. We felt unwelcomed the entire time and as though we were being watched like we were not paying customers, trying our best to follow their rules. So I haven't been to a Hooters in probably 5 years, but I'm walking distance away. I walked in, and I was greeted and taken to a booth. The server (Makyla) asked about appetizers and recommended a couple. She also told me what the specials were and took my drink order. I ended up getting the Boneless Chicken Wings. The wings were prepared perfectly, and the chicken was tender and moist. Makyla was very nice to talk with and made sure my drink was refilled and my food was good. Let's just say I won't be waiting 5 years again.

Food was cold and I was on a timer for how many Beers were able to serve me. I believe this will be my last trip to Hooters sad because I helped open the first Hooters in Knoxville when I was younger and it has nothing but gone downhill since.

Kendra was our server. What a fantastic personality and great service. We had a group of three, drinks were timely and well made. Kendra checked in on us often to make sure we were good. Naked wings were great. We had a great time. Thanks!!

Such a nice place. I love the Philly cheese steak here. My wife and I like to pop in every now and again and we always get good food and service here.

Waited 45 min for food. Other people were coming in and being seated and getting their door before us. We were told that they were short staffed in the kitchen. Other people were still getting food though. When we finally got our food it was subpar. It was cold and rubbery. Our server only came back to deliver the check. Not a good experience.

So I did a online order for the fried shrimp and curly fries, my husband picks it up brings it home and it’s like 14.99 or 12.99 either way he gets it to me and there are literally 6 shrimp and maybe a handful of fries in this big container! I was so so mad because I paid over 24 dollars for 6 shrimp a handful of fries and the smallest salad I’ve ever seen! Super dissatisfied will not be wasting my money there again!

Terrible. Haven’t been here in a few years. And i remember why. Service was terrible. Waited and waited. Got my food. And it was terrible. I wasn’t expecting 5star restaurant but my chicken sandwich was like chewing leather and the fry’s seemed like they were cooked last week. Pretty bad for what i paid. Won’t go back. That’s for sure.
