We come here regularly and generally enjoy it. Service is always great, but the food is hit or miss. When I go to a restaurant, they have one chance to get the food right. I've seen Waiting..., I never send food back. This time, the wings were warm at best, not crispy and even the fat was starting to solidify. Not their finest moment. I wish the kitchen was as reliable as the service.
Check the yelp reviews. They’re more honest and they have not even 3/5 stars! Because they delete bad reviews on google but you have to pay yelp to delete reviews. This location is such a scam it’s sad. Oh If you order 50 wings you only get one side of ranch. LOL if ya get wings, go to wingstop. Cheaper and way better quality THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW
Came here because a manager from one of my favorite Chicagoland Hooters got the GM job here. Not a bad spot, but Downers Grove is so much better. Waitresses at Downers are friendlier and the wings are better. My wings here (6/25) barely had any sauce. They also were not as crispy as other locations.
We. Came in and we were greeted by a very nice girl. We wanted a high top table and we were accommodated with no problem. Our server was very sweet and friendly. Food and drinks were perfect, just how we ordered. Everything was timely and every one was so friendly even when we went to the rest room we received smiles when we left, about 3 people wished us a nice evening. I never Write reviews but this restaurant stands out above the rest. Thank you Hooters Aurora 😄
We came for my birthday today! I was reluctant because of past experiences at different hooters. But to my surprise and absolute delight everything was great. The restaurant was clean, we were greeted with a smile, and this Naperville location is obviously well managed. Our server was very kind. When our food came out it was cooked to perfection and came out in a good time. I was so pleasantly impressed I had to compliment the chef and the manager. Well done! Thanks to everyone!
This is my second time visiting this location. The first time my visit was great. This time my visit was horrible. I ordered mild boneless buffalo wing combo with extra blue cheese sauce and my companion ordered a 10 PC fried shrimp plain 10 PC hot buffalo wing dough dipped and fries. My companions fries were cold and the wings were not prepared correctly and my boneless wings were not prepared correctly either. We informed our server of the inadequacies and she took the food back to the kitchen to be fixed. We received the food back and my companions fries were still cold, the cook just poured extra sauce over his wings and they were cold and my food was cold. We talked to the manager explained we didn't want the food and just wanted to be charged for our beverages (Pepsi-Cola). The manager told us that she would take the cost of the food off the tab and would give us a gift card for free meals on our next visit and that she was short staffed and trying to get he kitchen staff together. We received a managers card for 25 % off our next meal and I was charged for the drinks 2 Pepsi-Cola's. This was a very disappointing experience to say the least.
I have always liked the taste of Hooters chicken wings. It's one of the only wing places that had a nice flavorful breading on the wings. That is just my preference, and with everybody I know I have the minority opinion. Still, this place is good, and the servers are attentive but not intrusive. I will especially like this location.
Very good food (especially the wings) and service. Took my family here for a nice lunch and the wait times for food and service were very fast. We really enjoyed the shrimp appetizer and my wife really enjoyed the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. However they don't actually have mayonnaise in the restaurant, so they ended up giving my wife mayonnaise packets to put the mayonnaise on the sandwich herself which was a little weird for a restaurant. The kids menu is very diverse and affordable also. With all that being said I still will come back and dine at this Hooters.
