Abby and Gabby were excellent bartenders. They made sure we never had an empty glass! And Cynthia the bar back was a breath of fresh air. I can tell she will be a great addition to the team as she works her way up.
The Buffalo shrimp are wonderful. And we got a to go order of 100 wings for a party. They were a huge hit!!
This past Saturday we met my parents for lunch. We were promptly seated and attended to by Nikki. We ordered appetizers and drinks while we waited for my parents to get there. We drove from Houston and they drove from Huntsville. Once they got there Nikki came around less and less. We were wondering where she went. Took a while to get our drinks from the bar. Our food took over an hour to get. When it came out mine was cold, my boyfriend’s was wrong (he asked for extra onion…they literally only put an onion and left off all other toppings, and my parents’ 15 wings were only 10 and cold). We asked Nikki how long it had been sitting back in the kitchen and she said she had thrown up 5 times and wasn’t sure. She would go ask. She wasn’t being allowed to leave. We asked for a manager and Melko (I think that is how it was spelled) came over and didn’t see anything wrong with her throwing up and still being able to serve food. His solution was to comp our food. We asked why she wasn’t being allowed to leave and he said he was doing what his manager told him. We asked to speak to him and he said “he was in the ER and can’t take calls.” Needless to say we didn’t eat. This was horrible of this so called manager to treat employees that way and allow her to keep serving food. We drove to Hooters because that is our favorite place to get wings and a cold beer. Certainly won’t be returning to that location. Certainly will report to the health department too.
It's still a great place to eat. Only reason the atmosphere is not marked full stars is the sound system.. went to watch some Sunday football and speakers at higher volume than they could operate at. Wings are amazing, and so was the waitress.
Very nice Hooters location. It is the cleanest restaurant I have been in recently. Kitchen was spotless, with no grease on floors and no odors of fried chicken.
Got takeout from here and I was very disappointed. Usually, we go to wings n more but we thought we would give this place a shot. The picture of the food is worth a thousand words. I took this pictures before eating anything. Maybe inside service is better? Maybe it was because it was a to go order? I am not sure.
The food was not good at all. The chicken was dry and rubbery at the same time. They also charge a $1 per mini ranch which is pretty steep.
Don't talk to Sarah. She could care less. Tried to spend my money there but she didn't want it. 👌👋 Took my business and 30 min I saved by not waiting for Sarah, to Freddy's right next door. I recommend you do the same. Don't let Sarah ruin your night with her "don't want to help you" attitude.
College Station Hooters -Waited 30 min for chips and queso while it was dead. Delicious queso though. Then ordered the Buffalo Platter, which our waitress left in the back for another 30 min. It was very good as well. She never brought us plates or forks. It was ridiculous. PS worst margarita I’ve ever had. It tasted like orange coolaide. I’ll just order to go!
Newish sever " Hailey " was spectacular!!! She took a few pictures with my fiance, without hesitation. Made her day, because she's always wanted to go to one. Looking fir to stopping in again,on our way back thru
