I ordered the Buffalo shrimp, one of my favorite bar foods. Little did I know that since it was a to go order that it was cold and like a shrimp cocktail in hot sauce. Totally disgusting. I will never order it again at this Raleigh location. There needs to be a way to send back to go orders like rejecting it when being served in a restaurant.
Although I don't have any issues with service, it wasn't anything to write home about either. The issue here was the food and the condition of the bar. I went to this restaurant at about one thirty or two o'clock in the afternoon, when it was not busy. The waitress immediately asked for our order, which was great, however, after I placed the order. It seemed like a long time before I got my food. When I got the food, that would have been okay if the chicken wings were hot. How do you have cold chicken wings in a hooters bar? The French fries were popping hot, but the chicken wings were cold. I would not recommend this location to anyone who enjoys hooters. As far as the condition of the restaurant, it seemed like every stool in the place was extremely unstable and wobbly. Highly recommend a renovation.
Everything was fine at first. Waitress was nice, friendly, and attentive. All of a sudden our food came out after an hour of waiting. Our waitress did not even come to check on us. She the. Ended up throwing our appetizer on the table next to us since she we did not want it anymore. After talking to the manager, he also was rude and didn’t know what to say or do but blame the kitchen. Very unprofessional workers.
When I arrived here for the 1st time, didn’t know what to expect since it was my first going here. It was March Madness basketball playoffs. At, the moment I walked in, a beauty young lady greeted me at the hostess stand welcomed me with a beautiful smile. She showed me the table where I was meeting some guys I was in high school, we’re there to watch the game. Another, beautiful young lady gave me a drink (sweet tea) and gave me some time to look over the menu and she wasn’t in a rush to wait while I was glancing at the menu. After taking the order, she told about how long for the order. She, kept walking to the kitchen to see if the order was ready and finally brought my food right on time. She checked on the table to make sure we were good and kept the refills on our drinks. After, my meal for myself, I’ve gave the waitress a $20.00 dollar tip, for doing such a great, great job for doing her job. I’m definitely looking forward to returning back in the near future when I return back to Raleigh.
Went in to have a quick bite, bartender was friendly and the food quality is better in person than when you order take out
0 stars my food never came out, I let the staff know at the register not to bother bringing it out. The waitress with braids to the side was very dismissive & rudely said ok good night. I called back to speak with the manager & he was just as dismissive. Not to mention the dirty salt shaker with bbq sauce stuck to it that looks like it hadn’t been clean since 2022. Since we had to seat ourselves, the first table in the back that seats 5 people is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Chair will give out soon & I’m sure the staff knows about it but haven’t removed it. Unacceptable service Hooters!
My husband and I just left, could not even enjoy our food due to my chicken sandwich being undercooked, fries cold and his burger rock solid after waiting 1.5 hours. Never once did our waitress offer a fix nor did she even bother to check if we needed refills on our drinks.
I feel so bad bc I can't remember the waitresses nome but she did and awesome job. Short brunette who said she usually works night but picked up the shift she was working when I came. The wings and fried pickles came quick and were delicious. Great variety of draft beer and also top shelf liquor! I will be back soon!
me and a friend went last night, the atmosphere was a very chill and inviting vibe, Luke was our server and he was absolutely fantastic, one of the best servers Iâve ever had, we had great conversation and he was super knowledgeable and spot on wit

This will be my go-to box when I come back to Raleigh. The second I walked in the coach was very welcoming, and everyone made me feel like I was hanging out with friends at my box in Washington. On top of how at home I felt, the layout was perfect al
My partner and I stopped in to try the coffee and a slice of cake while we did some work. Both the coffee and the cake were good. I always get a plain latte my first time at a new coffee shop to figure out if Iâm going to like it and Munch It defin
Yum! I got the cold brew and it was rich and robust and creamy without the need for milk or creamer to be added! I also nabbed the last croissant for the day and it has a lovely texture and flavor. Service was polite and the place felt clean. I enjo
