Food was cold, took entirely too long for as slow as they were, and atmosphere was kinda "low" or weak for a Hooters. Service is satisfactory, but food and decore poor. Considering the location (decent area of Cincinnati) this place was kinda dirty.
Food was great cooks are amazing the waitress we had was not even sub par she spent more time at one table then any other table there and there was only one person at said table all waitress were catering to the guy one waitress even walked up to him with her hand up to her mouth gestering a sexual act very unprofessional manger should be embarrassed
The food is what you would expect, consistently good wings, and the Buffalo dip was delicious. The service was better than average. The food came out quickly, served with a smile.
This has always ended up being my go to Hooters, I want to say, the past 20 years? It's not the closest, but obviously reliable. I do not get there often enough. I had a birthday coupon to use. What a great way to get you in store or on the app, I added more! I had several birthday coupons and offers this week. By far, Hooters gives you the best value and the best app to work with. Ease of app is 10. I picked up after work. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly. I didn't eat my food right away. The instructions for rehearing were nice to have, right on the bag. Especially for my husband or son, if I went missing lol Everything was great; wet, mild 🤩
Waited over an hour on the food, just for everything to be cold and made wrong. The waitress had to take my husbands burger back 3 times. Everything they served us starting with the fried pickles, those were old and cold. The chicken wings were okay but were cold. The shrimp I got had seasoning just dumped on the middle of the plate and the lemon was so dried out I couldn’t even use it. I will never eat here again.
Best shrimp I've ever had! Lots of flavor and melted in my mouth. Staff were fun and made us all feel comfortable.
Mary (property manager) was very helpful. She was able to answer our questions about the apartment even it was only thru phone. She was also accommodating specially when we went there without an appointment. Lastly, she updated us on our leasing proc
love the convenience but... they have a severe gnat issue if you're standing out too long, especially by the sections if parking lot w rocks- you'll find out. that can't be helped I imagine. just can't warning
