On our Anniversary weekend get away. Stopped here for lunch/brunch and what a good choice it was. Service was great. Jordan was polite attentive and took awesome care of our needs. The food was the highlight though! My husband had the steak and eggs and I had the chicken and waffles. Both tasted phenomenally and we split an order of the sausage biscuits! The ambience was jazzy and we liked it. This was a great start to our day!

Food was actually much better than I expected given the neighborhood. Not the most curated lcoale ever, but ambiance was still interesting, and the food very enjoyable - from the eggs Benedict with an interesting spin to the warm and soft pretzels. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for food in the area.

TLDR: food is ok, service is great and huge outdoor seating area We ordered the beignets and small bucket of chicken. The beignets were not at all beignets, but really big balls of dough more akin to a doughnut. It was super heavy while beignets are much lighter. The chicken has a batter that’s a bit too thick, I was peeling off the batter as I was eating the chicken, though it maintained the juiciness inside. Somehow my favorite part of the food was the macaroni salad, it’s really good.

Wow! So unassuming from the outside but so amazing on the inside. I was told this place had amazing fried chicken. We'll, they also have amazing cocktails, beer and brussel sprouts! The music was on point ranging from Rancid to Johnny Cash. Can't wait to go back!

Came today on Veterans Day, 11/11/2021 @1:00 pm. Me and my chica friend ate indoors. Four wide screens, clean azz floors, clean bathrooms, cool azz bartender (we only want her to make our drinks!🍸🍷🍹🍾) and the food was slamming. We ordered the mac and cheese, fritters and biscuits. Omg!!! Talk about in love!!! For dessert, we ordered the Bundt cake. The food is devine. 💯👏🏾👍🏾🙌🏾The service was excellent. We're going to continue to çome and would love to throw a party here when Covid settles down! 👍🏾We EACH ordered the same dishes to take home. 🙏🏿🍷

Service wasn't great. Drinks were good. Ordered the wagyu NY steak, which I ordered med-well but came out medium to med-rare and tasted ok.I expected a lot more. Topping on top was ok. The woman ordered the bucket o'yard birds ( fried chicken), which looked and tasted like day old chicken. It also came w/a biscuit, which was delicious.

Great folks, great food. The artichoke looked and was so good that I forgot to take a picture; but it was the best I can recall. The flat iron steak was tasty, but hard to beat that artichoke. I definitely recommend this dark horse gem.

After months of Instagram pic teasers, we made our way to the East Bay to try this place. Wow! They delivered on the delectable foods selections and cocktails. We started with the brussel sprouts and marrow. It was a flavor explosion for me. I'm still thinking about it. And ordered the fried chicken, which was superb. I paired my meal with an old fashioned, yum! It's safe to say, we will be going back soon.
