The tea is out of this world. All of them are delicious so I recommend trying a few. The owner is very passionate about his work and the quality of everything really shows this. Excellent quality food! Every time I come here I am leave completely satisfied. Update: I have been here multiple times since my original review and everything is still excellent quality. Make sure to try out the tea, it is an amazing experience. Another update: Just as amazing as always! High quality food and tea!

Sublime. Every once in a while you stumble across something truly amazing! Honk Kong Fusion is one of those places. Fantastic cuisine, service and genuine hospitality. But what sets it apart from others is the unique offerings of some of the world's finest teas. Peter has curated the ultimate olfactory experience that elivens the scenses and instills well being. Superb!

This is my favorite place to get chinese food. The owner is so kind and always greets us with a smile and chats with us. You can tell he really is passionate about what he does. My family and I always look forward to seeing him. The food is great, but the real joy is the fancy tea options there. They have these amazing teas that are hard to find and the owner is an expert in this industry. It's just a great place!

Great food, but even better service. The server was kind and informative, which made the whole experience more than just your regular old chinese takeout. The tea differentiates this restraunt, unlike no other with its wide variety and flavor complexities. Keep in mind, if ordering the tea, the older the age, the stronger and earthier the flavor, almost like a grassy taste for myself but may vary for you. Would recommend starting off with the newer vintage initially and working your way up.

Best Chinese food I've had. Everything is prepared fresh, and you can taste the difference. The portions are great, and one entree can be split for two. It is a nice, quiet atmosphere and overall wonderful experience.

Visited this awesome intimate restaurant this past Sunday & oh so glad we did. The owner Peter gave us so much insight into the history of Chinese tea; how/where certain leaves are picked, how many decades ago and then the best part was the actual experience!! Then came our food; I had the ‘Supreme of the Sea’ and so mad I forgot to take a pic of my plate. Everything was super fresh, perfectly seasoned and well worth every penny!! We also had the ‘2010 Queen tea’ and Peter explained exactly how to sip and enjoy each ounce and the feeling after was lovely. I typically don’t get desserts but the ‘homemade raspberry sorbet’ w/ the rice cookie was insanely delicious!! That cookie is unlike anything I’ve ever tasted but it did put me in mind of my Mama’s homemade rice pudding. It’s soft yet crispy on the outside, and moist/chewy on the inside. We ordered a box to go, and in hindsight I wish we ordered 2 boxes of 4 lol. I was in town on business but I’m originally from Jersey so best believe my next visit home, Hong Kong is DEFINITELY getting a visit from me. Do yourself a favor and visit too, you won’t be disappointed. $$$

The owner Peter is a master with Tea! The food is absolutely amazing and the taste is great! No sauces necessary!! BUT THE TEA!! Some places you do wine tasting but here you do tea tasting and pairing!! Ask Peter what tea goes best with your meal! No sugar added!!

The food was delicious, I had the red curry chicken and my husband had the orange chicken. The owner was very kind and offered us tea, on the house. The ambiance is relaxing and everything was clean. I highly recommend for an affordable and delicious meal!
