5 stars is not enough!! Esthetically authentic with a modern atmosphere. This was by far the best Hot Pot restaurant I’ve experienced! Kadence was our server and she was absolutely amazing! She was on point with answering questions and making sure our experience was everything we were hoping for! So worth the drive! We’ll definitely be back!

Wow, that's what I'll say first off. My wife and I came here for dinner and what a fantastic experience it was. Beautiful decor, clean, accommodating and an incredible menu offering that keeps us coming back. The entire experience is so pleasant, from the moment you sit down, to ordering from the huge list of meats and veggies to bring able to cook your own meal in front of you is such a delight. Our server, Jay, was great, very friendly and patient while explaining how it all works to the manager, Jason that made sure everything was going well with our dinner. We will be back next week, fantastic place to go for the whole family. They have invested hugely into making your experience here one that will keep you coming back. Well done guys!

The restaurant is extremely clean and very inviting. The waiting area outside is fantastic with large drums and a beautiful wood wall. The service was great, however, the server was unable to answer several questions that I had. He asked if we had dined at a hot pot location before. I told him that I had but my son had not, and he didn’t do a very good job of explaining the process. They were out of several food items that we wanted. That was very disappointing. We got the hot pot and the barbecue. It was a little too easy to overcook the meats that we put on the barbecue because of the size and most being so very thin. The meats came out, frozen for the hot pot, which seemed a little odd to me, but maybe the standard. It just wasn’t that way at the hot pot location I had eaten elsewhere. The produce was fresh, the sauces were great and added wonderful flavor to the soup base. The restroom was clean, the staff were friendly, and the manager even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying everything. At one point my adult son ordered a smoothie and before I had the opportunity to order something, the server walked away. My son asked me if I wanted something and I said maybe I would order a boba later for dessert. The strawberry smoothie that my son ordered was disappointing. He left half of it. It was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed celebrating my son‘s birthday with him. But going forward we would probably go somewhere that we could enjoy rather than have to cook our own food.

What a fantastic place! We have been to many Hotpots and this is our favorite. Very clean. Quality meats. So fun! Great servers. The party rooms are awesome! Love the contemporary decor. The outside hallway has a great mosaic tile floor. The whole experience was wonderful. I will be going back very soon.

This place is a real treat. When you order the BBQ meats, you really get an entire order, and it is easy to get carried away. Don't forget the sauces at the "salad" bar. The service is top-notch. My only complaint was that it was hard for me to hear the server over the music. The restraunt is new so there is no sign of age.

Leah was a wonderful server, she was very kind and always made sure we were taken care of. Very pleasant person and the experience was great, food excellent and the place is just great!

Great experience for our first time. The food runner brought us some of the wrong food but it was sorted out promptly. Server was very attentive and they had free appetizers and ice cream. Food was of high quality and has a 2 hour eating limit. We got bulgogi steak and shorts ribs. All if which I would recommend.

Hong BBQ and Hot Pot Bradenton did not disappoint! My family and I did not expect this place to look the way it did on the inside. The inside is very spacious and the decor is on point! We decided to try the hot pot and BBQ and it was delicious! Deya explained how everything worked and she provided fantastic service! We will definitely come back to eat here again.
