Stonecrest Honda did a phenomenal job with my car. I came in for my routine oil change and to have my tires inspected. This led to them explaining I needed new tires and an alignment. I had also been having a leak that I forgot to mention. They brought it to my attention and we were able to get all of my services handled. The staff was nice and they kept me informed about my car. They wait was horrendous, however, they still made me feel valued and were able to compensate me considering other inconveniences took place as well. I definitely would recommend them to others.

My service advisor T. McKibben was very courteous and professional. He was able to squeeze me in to complete an overdue oil change and kept me abreast with status of the service. I didn’t like that I waited 15+ minutes for a service person. Also, my appointment was at 10 AM but since I was sitting outside, I could see that they did not take my car back for service until 12:30 PM. And they didn’t finish until almost 2 o’clock. When they said they were finished, they actually had not finished putting the case on my Passenger side mirror because they didn’t have the part. They said the mirror and the plastic piece that covered the top of the mirror are two separate pieces and the Service guy who quoted the price for the part did not know that. Consequently, I had to drive 30 minutes each way the next morning to have the little plastic piece snapped onto the top of the mirror. I was told the two pieces had two different costs, but they were not charging me for the Plastic cover. Yet, In addition to taxes they charged Me some extra fee That didn’t make sense to me And that I was not told about. So it is very unlikely that I will return to Stonecrest unless they owe me An oil change under a service contract I already have with them.

Extremely beautiful and I timed it just right for the sunset. The fresh air and the serenity of being on top of a mountain, no matter how big it may be, is indescribable. Definitely nice for any small hiking trip or to take nice photos. 10/10 recomme
