Homewood Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach - Extended stay hotel in West Palm Beach - 2455 Metrocentre Blvd, USA

Homewood is one of my favorite places to stay when I travel! and well kept is and this location is no exception!...and I'd rate it as one of the best ones I've stayed in so far...and there have been several! The hotel is clean and well kept! Staff was wonderful and very accommodating, regardless of whatever department they worked in. Reception had great suggestion on how to maneuver around the city and places to eat. It was my 1st visit to West Palm Beach; definitely won't be my last!

The facility was clean and convenient to my point of embarkation. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The exterior was very inviting. It is a place that I would like to return to for another stay.

This is my second time staying here this year. It I a great hotel, reasonably priced, and just far enough away from the craziness of downtown West Palm Beach and the marinas to not have to deal with crazy traffic and noise. But it's only a 12 minute drive away. Very close to the Tanger Outlets. The free breakfast was excellent! My only complaint was that I wasn't even welcomed as a Hilton Honors member, let alone being a Diamond member. I also had to request my bottled waters / snack, in which I was met with a look of annoyance from the one front desk personnel. It's not to feed my ego, but I live my life on the road at least 1 week every month, and it's just one of the little things that makes my travels nicer.

I travel for work and have stayed at this location 3-4 times. The rooms are spacious and having a kitchenette and full fridge is nice for food storage and potential cooking when the mood hits me. Patrice at the front desk is wonderful and always greets me with a smile. The rest of the staff at this hotel are friendly and gives the feeling of being home even when on the road. The hotel is close to a lot of good dining options and I-95 making travel easy as well.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean newly renovated. The hotel itself was clean with a nice big pool my kids enjoyed. The front desk attendant Shanice was very sweet and helpful. We had a minor issue at checkout but she resolved it very fast and I was on my way. The only thing that I didn't really like was the breakfast. Both mornings that I stayed there, there was turkey bacon or turkey sausage. I thought they would at least have pork sausage or bacon once. Also they had hash browns with cheese on top instead of plain and it was cold fast due to them storing the food in foil pans. The eggs were crummy too. The waffle machine was the best part. Other than breakfast on that Saturday and Sunday everything else was great. The front desk associate Shanice is awesome for being so eager to help and make sure my trip went smoothly.

Extremely rude staff who does not know how to treat customers in any way. Walked out of my room with bags to then get a quick breakfast (literally sliced up hotdogs…ew). The hotel members yelled across the room at me to go to the front desk immediately. I asked what the problem was and the attitude was immense. Finally another lady just asked what room I was in and I told them to which they “let me go”. They literally just saw me put my bags in the car. I called their number and asked for a manager and was directed to hr. The lady told me my experience must not be true as her office is near the breakfast area and she “didn’t hear a thing”. Not the way I would expect Hilton reward members to be treated. Not returning to this location. Just threw the food away and checked out.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First of all they overbooked the hotel and when we went to check in, we were told they were over booked and had no room for us. They put us in another hotel with a downgraded smaller room and refused to provide any compensation. Their excuse was that they didn't charge us for the other hotel... that they didn't charge us for the other hotel... how can you charge us for the other hotel when we already paid more for a room that we couldn't have because you overbooked??? Worst service ever. In addition there was no housekeeping for our entire 5 day stay. They provided 2 towels for 5 people. We had to go to the front desk constantly for towels. Don't stay here. Also, the hotel was under renovations and everything was dusty and the main lobby was closed off. The pool was never cleaned and was disgusting. The breakfast also lacked. I'm very disappointed and would never visit this hotel again. Worst experience ever. The worst part is that I called prior to check in to confirm and was told everything is fine with the room. Stay away from this hotel and save your money because your room is not guaranteed and no one will clean it or provide the daily necessities.

By far the worst Homewood Suites I've ever stayed in. King Suite Room was not properly cleaned #520. The toilet seat had old female monthly urine stains underneath. There was no toilet paper on the roll. The air conditioner only worked in the bed room and not the dining/living room. The bathtub was dirty and sticky on bottom with dirt stains. Rusty drain covers and bad water pressure. Also killed a flea that had feasted on me last night while in the shower. Ice bucket was nasty and old. Wish there was a way to post these pictures. The service workers are extremely friendly and by all means this is a review of the management who have failed their workers and customers by having rooms that look like this.
