Pros: The staff service was stellar! The manager is a star and his front desk staff=🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. When a Microsoft hack attack took down the computers, the staff went old-school, personally escorting us to our rooms. They were quick to respond to requests and courteous to all guests, even during a busy convention. The room was spacious, and the hotel had a surprisingly pleasant smell—like a gentle Bath and Body Works eucalyptus scent, not overpowering at all. Plus, the toilet paper and tissues were extra soft and durable, a name brand—an often overlooked but important detail. ||Immaculate hotel - well cleaned, did not feel or smell like a germy stinky cesspool ||Eco-friendly - use refillable bath products and offer recycling next to trash. ||Cons: The monitor and “cable” were weak—come on, get some Apple TV or some type of interface so we can stream! The keyboard at business center was old and worn out, requiring a good pounding to type. Needs new furniture. And the breakfast? A tad better than Typical hotel fare, but hey, at least it’s free. Bathroom was small.
The entire front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We had to come to Milwaukee for a two-week school commitment and had to check in at the last minute after a desperate attempt to find a hotel at 10:30pm. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and helped us book our entire 10 day stay. |I would recommend this hotel to everyone and plan to return next summer!
Very clean. Friendly staff especially GM and frontdesk. Swimmingpool nice. Basketball field, garage complimentary. Good coffee, great breakfast options! Cozy rooms, clean and good sized. Thank you for the great experience! Happy team there and focused on hospitality!
Great staff. The room 403 was nice. There door stuck a little bit when opening, but the manager is going to have maintenance fix that. Also the ironing board leg is missing a connecting nut - i was able to get it to work just letting you know. But overall, I'm happy. Thank you for your work!
At first glance everything was generally fine. The room was clean enough, spacious, and there was a nice attempt at the design of the place as a longer-term stay. However the bed was extremely cheap, and all night I felt like it was going to roll me toward the edge. The coffee at breakfast was nothing special taste-wise, but it must have been a cheap coffee contaminated with mold, because I almost instantly experienced anxiety, and that doesn't happen to me when I drink my usual coffee. All said and done my bill was $215.57 for one night, and I don't feel like it was worth it.
We stayed here for a basketball tournament. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. Unfortunately, we were not able to access our room until about 5:00 PM when we should have gotten it at 3:00. The front desk staff was amazing. She was so friendly, and it wasn’t her fault about the room delay. The poor lady kept getting yelled at for something that she couldn’t control. When we finally got our room, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was big, clean, and spacious. We stayed on the fifth floor and did not hear any noise overnight. Our friends who stayed on floor 1 did not have the same experience. There was a party by their room and someone banged on their door at 5:00 AM. The breakfast was good. The pool seemed a little cloudy, and was very crowded. Overall, I would give this stay a 4-star rating.
This hotel is a constant stay for me during business travel to the Milwaukee area. It has always been clean and well maintained. On my most recent trip, as I was departing I found my vehicle battery to be completely dead. After asking the front desk for assistance, both the maintenance man Rick and manager Dan helped me to jump-start my vehicle so I could get on the road. Dan even pulled out his personal jumper cables when mine were not long enough to bridge the gap. The staff here went above and beyond to help me when I was in a tough spot. Thank you!
Everything was perfect at this hotel, spacious suites, and great service. Especially Rick from maintenance. I dropped a gold charm into the sink and he arrived within 10 minutes and retrieved it for me. I would definitely stay here again super convenient, walking distance to shopping, Whole Foods and 15 minutes from downtown and the airport.
