Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis Riverport- Airport West - Extended stay hotel in Maryland Heights - 13639 Riverport Dr, USA

Terrific location, especially for seeing anything at the nearby amphitheater - a 13 min walk versus sitting in traffic. The room was fine, clean, only there was a bit of old motel smell in the carpet. The staff was not rude, by any means, just leaned more to hourly-employees-getting-paycheck that didn’t really look at you versus someone who has training in hospitality. I’d probably stay again if we were going to the amphitheater, but I wouldn’t set my expectations high.

Our family had a wonderful experience during our long-term stay at Homewood Hilton Suites in Maryland Heights. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel at home. Hotel manager April and the housekeeping staff were especially helpful. Maintenance issues were addressed promptly, and the food was delicious. We appreciated the taco bar and fresh fruit, and bacon on Tuesdays was a highlight. Wednesday evenings offered a pleasant surprise with delicious food and drinks, allowing us to socialize with other guests.

The rooms here are the size of a comfortable one bedroom apartment. You get a full size kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a king size bed. And everything is clean. The shower is hot just the way it needs to be. And you're near Walmart.

Things are really shaping up since General Manager April arrived. Her attitude and care for customer satisfaction is a life saver for this hotel. She never acts as though anythinug is beyond her control. She makes you feel like home away from home since she arrived in early 2024. *This was not a sentiment that you could describe about this hotel before she came on board*. The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. She is giving them the tools to help them thrive. Maintenance staff is extremely professional and delivers timely/excellent service. The kitchen staff Bobbie and Tina always go above and beyond to provide delicious breakfast with friendly service!

Glad to review this hotel. Excellent staff and room was very clean. If you don't mind walking about a half mile, it's a safe & easy walk over to Hollywood amphitheater.

We came to stay for the El Monstero concert on 6/15/2024. The hotel was within walking distance, and became a nice retreat at the end of the night when everyone was stuck in the parking lot traffic. Our room was clean, no bugs, we always check the sheets and mattresses. No worries here. We kicked the AC down to 60 at the start of our stay, and at 11pm after the concert, the room was ice cold, just the way we wanted it. The staff was extremely friendly, several wishing me a Happy Fathers day on my way to breakfast :). The management April P., was also visible. I saw here walking the property, inspecting for quality, and I saw here at the front desk working along side her staff. Overall a very pleasant stay, and a relief, considering the post-covid less than adequate standards other establishments seem to accept. There was even a sign on the desk stating, "If we don't make it right, your stay is free."

I enjoyed being a guest but treated more like a family member by friendly staff. They took time to learn and greet guest by their name. They also personalized services to meet any need. As an elderly guest with mobility issues. I was offered friendly assistance by any member of this Hilton staff.

Not easy to even find the front door. And it does not get better after that.||We are Hilton Diamond members and this was way below par. Employees were bad, indifferent, and not friendly. Room smelled and was very humid. One of the a/c units would not even work.||Everything is dingy and old. In serious need of an upgrade. Room just looked dirty.||Bed mattress was excellent. That is the only positive.||Breakfast was disgusting. Just skip it. Curdled milk, cold biscuits and gravy, cold eggs and sausage. Employees once again just ignoring everything to look at their phones. Coffee was good!||Close to concert, you can walk there, but no sidewalks to be found. Hard to believe but not a single sidewalk around so people can walk to concert. Not fault of hotel, but be aware you will need to cut across 4 lanes of traffic, and walk across private parking lots. Hotel should at least request a crosswalk in front of their hotel.
