Homewood Suites by Hilton Southaven - Extended stay hotel in Southaven - 135 Homewood Dr, USA

The hotel is clean and well kept. The suite was comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful. Their attitudes were cheerful, they were interactive and attentive to the guests. MS. Carolyn did an excellent job with the breakfast . Always asking each person if they found what they needed. Breakfast was well stocked with a lot if options. This was a wonderful stay with Hilton brands.

Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping was super friendly and helpful. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was wonderful! My room was incredibly clean and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again! This was a wonderful hotel and very reasonably priced.

I was so in awe of how friendly every one of the staff members were here. It started with Joy, at the front desk when I checked in. She was so helpful, nice & had a smile. I never once passed by a staff member that didn't say hello or ask if I needed anything. I was in shock at how genuinely nice everyone was from the front desk, to the ladies doing breakfast in the morning to the gentleman that knocked on my door for room service. My room was spotless & I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else besides the Homewood Suites if given the option.

Clean and cozy! We loved having the little kitchenette. We got in late and I was able to cook a quick meal before bed. And we were able to put our stuff in the large fridge and refreeze our freezer packs. We were driving from Ohio to Louisiana so this was a great stopping point. The staff was phenomenal everyone was so friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Something for everyone! The usual stuff coffee, juice, yogurt, bagels, cereal, fruit, muffins etc… BUT also real sausage, eggs with real cheese, breakfast burrito bar, waffle bar with toppings, French toast and pancakes. Delicious!!! The luggage carts were so easy to use, small ones like the airport, not the bulky ones. They even offer a M-Th social hour with drinks and small tastings. They have a nice indoor pool, fire pit area and bbq grill. The bed was comfy and my son even found the pullout comfy. The room was very clean and the soaps all smelled nice. It had real dishes and dish soap to use. Everything we could possibly need. I will definitely stay here again. We usually stay at Holiday inn, but I will start searching for more of these. It was In a great location a little off the highway, which made for quieter sleeping. Altogether lovely. Phenomenal staff! Leola was super friendly when she checked us out. And the night desk gal (I was too tired to catch her name) was great too. Phenomenal stay!

The room was a nice size but there was hair everywhere or stains on the towels. I showered with shoes it just could have been deep cleaned but the shower design was cute . The staff at the front desk were very loud but were friendly and showed customer service when approached. The breakfast was not the greatest but they had variety of foods for everyone to find something and it was provided hot.

This place and the whole staff in the hotel was fabulous 😊😊😊Barbara and Leola are so amazing and welcoming. The breakfast staff too. This place also let's you bring your cats or dogs. The house keeping staff were amazing also Denise was so helpful 😊. Everything and every one was just amazing. Ohhh this place also have a happy hour for guest. I can go on and on about my stay here trust me. Thank you for making our stay amazing 😊😊😊

Great hotel! Safety is a high priority when i travel and i appreciate the extra security! Room is nice size (stayed in a king bedroom suite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Super plus that breakfast is included and the staff was super helpful during breakfast. Not a large amount of breakfast option but it was good enough for me through! The bed is a little on the stiffer side. Room was clean and bathroom was clean. The light in our bathroom was flickering. Pool was basic no jacuzzi. There is a basketball court and gym. Great stay!

Stopped here for the night. The hotel was pretty much booked up for some baseball tournament, which was fine. The downside of the hotel was there was no body wash/soap in the shower and the pool was extremely crowded not allowing us to use the pool as all older kids jumping in and splashing and messing around making it so can't have my 4 year old swim. They also don't replenish the towels, so there were no pool towels either. The workers just didn't seem to care and if they don't check something simple as the body wash, makes me wonder how clean the rooms are and how good of job they do. It's close to airport and south of Memphis which was great when passing through or if needing to get to airport. Can hear planes at times
