I stayed here for a work. My room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, the breakfast had many options. I worked in the common space with ease. Had a great stay, was able to walk to most things. Parking was $45 per day for hotel parking, less expensive on the street if you can find it.

This place is just okay. Clean, really nice staff and reasonably priced. We paid for a “bay view” king suite and we ended up with a view of a parking lot with a small sliver of water between two giant buildings in the distance across the street. The hotel is no near enough the water to have any great views. Bed was a little lumpy, pillows were awful and the blankets were more like sheets. Could definitely benefit from some basic upgrades in the comfort department.

Staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in downtown Seattle presented a mixed experience. The location was notably convenient, especially for those looking to visit the nearby arena and the iconic Space Needle. The room's amenities, particularly the multiple USB-B outlets, were a modern touch, although the charging speed was notably slow. The bathroom's size was ample, and the small kitchen was functional enough for basic needs. However, several aspects dampened the overall experience. The hotel's entertainment options took a hit when the TV channels became unavailable after just a day. Additionally, the air conditioning system was disappointingly loud, which might disrupt a peaceful night's sleep. Comfort was further compromised by the fold-away bed/lounge, which was quite uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast, an often appealing feature of such accommodations, was underwhelming. The scrambled eggs had the distinct taste of being bulk-made from powder, and the bacon was excessively thin. The customer service also left much to be desired. Some of the reception staff came off as unapproachable, and the check-in process was inefficient. Despite being told we'd receive a call when our room was ready, no such communication occurred. Returning after a six-hour wait, we found the room still wasn't prepared, and we faced an additional delay even after being told it was ready. Cleanliness was another area where the hotel didn't quite meet expectations. The room wasn't cleaned properly, with trash still present and a shortage of towels, which is a basic expectation in hotel service. In conclusion, this hotel might be suitable for short stays or for those in transit, but for a more extended or comfortable stay, it might not be the best choice.

Most of the front desk staff were extremely and kind. The room I had was very clean and spacious. My only flaw with the room was that the bed was too close to the curtains to close them tightly. The complementary breakfast was exceptional. And the location is amazing. You are a few feet from a bridge that can take you over to the coastal Park and less than 10 minute walk to the needle. Overall in my experience with this hotel was amazing.

Pretty nice place. On business travel. Room furniture a little dated and scuffed up. Bed comfortable. Room clean and no bad smells. Big room. Great staff. Complimentary breakfast.

Stay was perfect. Great location. Close to Pike Place (a 25 min walk), close to Space Needle. Close to food and grocery. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle to get to port, perfect and affordable. Room clean, comfortable, quiet. Only downfall, snacks were pricey and breakfast could have been better, but overall this does not affect my rating. Would stay here without hesitation again, and would recommend.

The central location to downtown Seattle is excellent. The hotel entrance is welcoming with plenty of space. The room is a clean, large one-bedroom suite with two queen-size beds. The living room, with a sofa bed, can accommodate five people. The kitchen is well-appointed with a coffee machine, toaster, mini stove, large fridge, and dishwasher, though a tea kettle is missing. The bedding lacked a proper blanket, using a mattress cover instead, with a bed cover on top. The TV lacks a menu guide, making it a bit cumbersome to find something to watch. The Wi-Fi connection works intermittently and required to connect every time you turn on your phone. However, the complimentary breakfast buffet is a welcome treat with typical options like eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereals, fresh fruits, and a fruit platter, along with hot and cold beverages. The overall stay was comfortable with good customer service, and I wouldn't mind staying here again for the Seattle marathon next year.

They claim to have chargers, but they are not operational. They also don’t know how to fix them nor are they trying to. It’s a 25 minute walk to Pike Place market and more a less a straight stretch to the water front. Cocoa in the lobby was nice. Parking is also 45/night which is ridiculous. The room thermostat was deliberately set to 50 degrees and they could not accurately tell us where the thermostat was when we called. It was behind the tv in the second bedroom. The main room had no remote for the TV, but we were smart enough to use the remote in the master bedroom and it worked on the main tv. Seattle Pizza delivers here and was great pizza, but no other restaurants nearby. Overall an average hotel stay. All the staff was very friendly and there is a small amount of goods and candy you can purchase in the lobby, which was nice for a snack. Ice machine in the room fridge worked but was also off and has dirty ice in it, but worked fine once we cleaned it. There was a stove top but we did not have time to cook, but you’ll want to bring your own pans and spices. Would probably not stay here again since the main benefit would have been the charging and young kids will not enjoy the long walk to the waterfront and back. We also encountered pick pockets on our walk to the hotel so watch your belongings if you happen to walk. Ride share was $20 or more and parking would have been another $20 in a lot if we drove. I would not walk in the neighborhood after dark but as long as you aren’t expecting much more than clean friendly service you will be happy.
