What an amazing place, the kitchen and the finishing of those suites were incredible and spacious. I had a great experience with Kate, she gave me all the information I needed. She is amazing. I love their breakfast and fresh waffles. I have to say that their policy on cleaning is ridicules. They don’t clean rooms I think until the 6th day.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities imaginable! The staff were professional and kind! The breakfast was delicious, clean, and kept filled. The rooms are large with a kitchenette, a huge sitting area, a nice size bedroom and bath. There was even a laundry basket for dirty clothes or if you needed to do laundry on-site. The decor is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel is about a mile out of town but in a great location for the highway. We discovered downtown and the best restaurant from the suggestion of hotel staff! I’d stay here again and again!!

Excellent. In our 30 day East Coast road trip, this was the best stay. Large, clean rooms. Great shower water pressure. Nice kitchen with dishes and utensils (unlike other "suites" we have stayed at). Full breakfast. Cozy outdoor fireplace seating area. Bonus - Wednesday evening free dinner happy hour - burgers, salads, beer, wine. Just across toad from beautiful Saratoga Spa Park. Strongly recommended.

Had really high hopes for this fairly new hotel in Saratoga. Rooms are nice and big. Location is awesome if you are going to track or the state park. However for the price they charge during peak season the services and amenities leave a lot to be desired. Fire pit and whirlpool tub both not working. I don't think anything was wrong other than a Mgmt decision to not heat pool or spark up fire pit during the summer,. No towels at pool. If you stay less than 5 nights you don't get room cleaning. If that is the policy than the front desk should have towels at the ready for their guests. That was a major hassle. Rooms beds only have 3 pillows?? Not sure why not 4 for each Queen bed. Additionally hotel is clearly not cleaned everyday as displayed by the same dirt I saw on the carpet during my 4 night stay. Breakfast was solid and so was breakfast staff, but overall this place needs to improve it's overall service for me to want to spend $400+ a night again.

Homewood suites at Saratoga far exceeded our expectations. Hot and cold breakfast served, coffee and tea is free for the guest all night. Maid service was outstanding. Staff was always greeting their guests. Property had an outdoor fire pit, basketball courts and a nice indoor heated pool. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working. Hilton runs a very top notch operation. We look forward to coming back. |The overall value of what you are paying for is very fair. This property also offers a free shuttle service into town and to the casino.

Hotels in Saratoga Springs during the summer track season are pricey, and this hotel was no exception, but it offered EXCELLENT VALUE for the money. Clean rooms, thorough housekeeping and comfortable beds. VERY IMPRESSIVE complimentary BREAKFAST including fresh fruit, made-to-order waffles and omelets (with real eggs), almond milk, variety of coffee options, etc. The breakfast at this hotel has inspired me to try other Hilton Suites. Also, the happy hour with complimentary snacks and crudités was very good. Plenty of free parking and a block from south end of Broadway.

Homewood Suites in Saratoga Springs never disappoints. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful. The beautiful outdoor seating and fire pit area is a great place to relax or to enjoy a takeout meal. The indoor pool and whirlpool are very clean, as is the gym, and we’ve never had a problem with them being crowded. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices and we appreciate the coffee and tea being available all day.

Incredible customer service. Forgot my credit card in the room. Called me and will be mailing it! Superb! Love Hilton. Great staff and management! Fantastic hotel, rooms, gym and breakfast. Thank you! Would stay again 100%!
