Nancy was stellar when we checked in! Professional, kind, welcomed us with our status upfront, and they had already offered an upgrade. She also gave us the heads up about the trial burrito/taco breakfast bar that this property was offering. Our room was exceptional! 6 properties over the prior 11 days and this one is THE BEST by far! Time away from home and familiar comforts can be difficult; not with overnights at this property! I would come to Lakewood Ranch again just to stay here! This property raises the bar, it is my new standard of what it should be like when I travel!
I cannot say enough great things about the hotel. The rooms were a perfect set up for what our family needed. The hotel itself was very clean and most importantly you can tell the people who work there enjoy their job. Everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you!
What a great hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. We had breakfast every morning in the lobby restaurant and it was always fresh and hot. Love the people that worked in that area they were always so friendly and had a nice conversations with them. The front desk personnel were very helpful. their pool was great and the temperature was wonderful, I highly recommend this hotel
Excellent hotel and staff! Came here on business to open REI sarasota Florida. The staff, Nancy & Samantha at front desk, and Miss Kathleen at breakfast Buffett made me feel like family. Sweetest people ever. The breakfast buffet is fantastic! Rooms ideal, beds super comfy. The pool, exercise room, laundry icing on cake. Can walk to restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful area. My room service staff great too, just didn’t get her name. All perfect and I’ll be back!!! Highly recommend for business trips or vacation. Nearby Myakka park for kayaking hiking etc, Caspersen beach Venice, for shark tooth hunting, so much to do using this location as your home base. Anyway, totally enjoyed my stay and the staff here are the BEST!
I had to stay here during a very trying time during construction on my home. All of the employees here are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts are outstanding. And the pool and patio areas are like being at a resort. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and great for cooking. The people that work here offer the best customer service in the business.||
It is a great hotel. The room was big, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and very helpful, including the buffet staff. The pool was great and almost made it feel like a spa. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the best place in Sarasota. The location is perfect at the UTC complex. The service is wonderful. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. Daily breakfast is good and very convenient for families. The staff is friendly and diligent. We love this property ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
