Homewood Suites by Hilton San Jose Airport-Silicon Valley - Extended stay hotel in San Jose - 10 W Trimble Rd, USA

The staff was outstanding from pre-check-in through check-out, they were attentive and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable. We always appreciate the suite aspect to give us just a little more room.Having the refrigerator and a table to dine at was helpful, too. Pillows, bed and bedding all good quality. Shower hot water and pressure excellent. Plush towels, too. Good Continental Breakfast offerings. The location was terrific within walking distance to coffee, lunch and dinner. When we return to San Jose, we would stay here again.

My recent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in San Jose left me with mixed feelings. While there were several positive aspects to my experience, there was one area that could use some improvement.||||From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. Their hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home, which is always a great way to start a stay. The check-in process was efficient, and I appreciated the effort put into ensuring a smooth arrival.||||The cleanliness of the hotel was truly commendable. My room was spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. It's evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness, which is particularly important in today's environment. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their excellent work.||||However, there was one aspect of my stay that left me somewhat disappointed – the complimentary breakfast. While the hotel's website had advertised a complimentary breakfast, I found the options to be limited and the quality to be somewhat underwhelming. It would be great to see an expansion of the breakfast menu with fresher and more diverse offerings. This improvement would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience.||||Despite the breakfast issue, I must emphasize that my overall stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in San Jose was enjoyable. The warm welcome and impeccable cleanliness make it a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. With a few enhancements to the breakfast experience, this hotel has the potential to become an even more attractive destination for visitors to San Jose.

Service was excellent. The shuttle to and from the airport and the nice breakfast are nice perks. Bri at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal! She remembers your name and is very friendly and helpful. She really makes you feel welcomed :)

Checking in was extremely easy, Brie was so helpful getting us settled after a long drive. Advised us of the daily breakfast offered, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, the snack room, guest laundry facilities & gym. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, the fireplace was so nice & cozy, comfortable beds & furnishings. Extremely clean & quiet complex, We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Jose. Encourages us to travel more & stay with Homewood suites / Hilton.

We stay here for 5 times and each time 2 weeks for family Christmas vacation. Breakfast is good enough ( hot meal, miso soup, rice, eggs, several selections of bread, etc), we choose apartment type ( two rooms, two separated bathrooms, little kitchen and refrigerator). We will like to come back so please keep the service quality same level! Good job, team!

Well, this place is super convenient which is why most people who visit this area of silicon valley stay here, instead of heading down first street to some of the other options.The rooms are decent for the most part.... Better than a traditional hotel. The first room they put me in when I arrived at 1:30am wasn't clean. I was trying to get to sleep as I had to wake up at 7am. So they moved me a few buildings over. That took about 30 minutes. I extended my stay an additional night and they had me move rooms again. That was also pretty annoying. The free breakfast is mostly carbs, if you're into that then you'll probably love it. The staff are mostly nice and helpful. The price on off nights is decent as well for the area. But honestly, if it wasn't across the street from my work and so convenient, I'd stay elsewhere. There's lots of options around there.

Nice hotel, usually has a good breakfast, and rooms have a kitchen so if you're there a while you can cook. Rooms are a little dated, but always clean. I stay there frequently, it's very convenient because there are multiple food options in the same parking lot so you can just walk to dinner.

Skip this location. Curtains on windows don't actually close, so the only thing between you and outsiders looking in are sheers. There are numerous lights outside the building, so the room never gets dark. We got stuck on the ground floor, and the window locks were broken on 2 windows. There was hair in the bottom of the bathtub when we checked in. While we liked the layout of our suite, the furnishings were visibly dirty. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There were a couple of times during the night when it sounded like someone was trying to get into our room. Because we didn't feel safe, we didn't sleep well. We ended up giving up on the room and checked out before 4 am. ||
