LOCATION:|Right off of the freeway, wonderful restaurants and shops around so there's lots of options. Also right next door to Costco/Costco Gas!||STAFF/LOBBY:|Staff was great. Gino took care of me; very professional and friendly. |Lobby was clean with Christmas decor, very cozy. ||BREAKFAST:|The complimentary breakfast was good! Hot and cold foods, waffle maker, muffins, breads, toaster, yogurt (see pictures). ADVICE: Don't go right when it starts at 6am (weekdays). Give it a little time maybe as I went at 6am and they had a sign out that there was no hot foods. I go back at 7am and the sign was removed and there was everything there. Maybe staff was running late this day? Coffee, orange juice and water also provided. No other juices/no juice machine. ||ROOM:|All rooms are suites so it was spacious. For the most part clean, has a kitchen and large refrigerator, dining table. Shower was decent, got hot (but not as hot as I like it which I like it if gets scortching). I love that the living room and bedroom has separate heating/air conditioning units so it can be changed and managed individually. Bed was comfortable, pillows could've been better personally--it was too soft for me. |Overall great one night stay. Coffee maker came with Coffee Bean packets YAY. Has pots, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery. ||My only 2 "dings" would be the furniture looked like it needed some deep cleaning or just new furniture in general. I maybe was given the room because I came with 2 small chihuahuas dogs but still, was taken back by the stains on the furniture (see pictures). |Other "ding" is the hardwood floors makes upstairs neighbors noisy if they have heels or moving dining chairs against the ground. Other than this slept fine and couldn't hear my neighbors. ||PROPERTY:|Has nice BBQ grill and patio area that is directly outside the breakfast dining area. |Enough grass for pups to potty and doggie bags/trash bins available on property. ||If you're a smoker, you're not going to like the smoking area oustide which is out int he parking lot right next to the smelly hotel trash. ||Has a small pool and jacuzzi with an AWESOME half basketball court available. ||||
This is for the people who plan on staying for more than a month. The room was amazing and very spacious. No complaints there. Getting housekeeping to clean the room, now that's a battle all in itself. When I checked in i requested every Thursday to have the room cleaned. Never happened. When I go downstairs to ask for the room to be cleaned I get attitude. I went 3 weeks without the room being cleaned. That's the new record and that's even after I emailed the hotel Manager Stephanie Lopez. When I checked-out I had to reach out to the Manager again just to get an invoice. And lo and behold the invoice was wrong. The invoice shows the daily room rate plus the CA tourism tax but the total balance was off by almost $37. When I emailed the manager all I got was "it looks good on our side". That's not the answer I need. I have to input these daily transactions into my companies accounting website so I can get reimbursed down to the penny. Needless to say, if you're a long term guest, stay somewhere else.
Breana Dorres (assistant general manager) at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was extremely helpful. We stayed at the hotel because it was in close proximity to Loma Linda Hospital.
Our stay at this hotel did not meet our expectations. The quality of the bedding was inadequate; the mattresses felt aged and were not conducive to a good night's sleep, and the pillows were unfortunately lacking in loft. Moreover, we were informed that all the pillows were of the same flat quality when we requested additional ones. A revamp of the bedding, including the pull-out couch, which was particularly uncomfortable, would greatly improve the guest experience.|| Sleep was further disrupted for one of our party members due to the uncomfortably discernible springs in the mattress. Furthermore, our understanding was that room service would be provided upon request, but our requests on December 17, 2023, went unattended. We found ourselves needing to ask for fresh towels due to the absence of room cleaning, and even had to manage our own waste disposal.|| The breakfast offering was disappointing. The children in our group experienced digestive distress following consumption of the orange juice, and the coffee left much to be desired. We were not the only guests expressing dissatisfaction with the breakfast, as we observed numerous other complaints.|| The check-in process on our arrival on Friday night was marred by the discourteous attitude of the staff member assisting us. Despite our reservation clearly indicating the presence of three adults, we were denied a third keycard. The staff member's explanations were hurried and unclear, leaving us confused. Given our lengthy drive prior to arrival, this was a stressful end to our day.|| In light of our experience, we regretfully will not be choosing to stay at this hotel in the future.
The staff here deserves 5+ stars. They had an unfortunate wifi/internet outage at front desk and went above and beyond to manually check people in. I’m sure they were frustrated but handled everyone with kindness and professionalism. The hotel itself is great, although the furniture in the rooms was a little worn. Homewood standard in-suite kitchen. Coffee in rooms. Free breakfast. Decent gym. Quiet. Great night sleep. Manager reception on (I think) weds nights.
i was told the The room would be available at 4 o'clock. I was called ahead of time the day of to make sure my credit card was on file for processing. I got there at 430pm and the room was not ready. Made me wait for 4hours to get my room and the girl at the front desk kept telling me it would be 15 minutes longer. Me and my group had to get ready in the parking lot and only used the room to unload half of our stuff since we had to rush out to make it to the event we were attending. We got to the event 2-3 hours late as well due to this issue we had at the hotel. Ive stayed here before and never had a problem but after this. If i am not compensated for this i will not be staying here ever again and i advise others to not stay here as well. You guys have my info if you want to get in contact with me.
This hotel was awful. The sheets were dirty and the front desk attendant acted like it was such a chore to get us “clean” sheets. The room felt like if you took a black light to it that it would light up like a Christmas tree. The towels were used and when i got a new towel it had a nice long thick pube stuck inside it. Do not go to this disgusting hotel.
We went in on Friday November 24th at 5:40pm. We asked if they had a better rate than booking. She quoted us a room more than $25 over what we found even though we are Hilton Honors. We booked the room which was a king studio. She told us she did not have a king studio and would charge us a higher rate. When we asked for the manager she said she did not know how to reach a manager and she was in charge. We left and booked a different hotel. Very bad experience. We falsely thought that Hilton Hours meant going there extra miles for clients but that is not the case in Homewood Suites San Bernardino

BEST GYM AROUND. I boxed at 4 different Gyms before C and F and there's no where like it. Coach Sunny and Coach Albert are not only great coaches but great mentors. C and F trains to win but also focuses on being men of character. Everyone is treated
There are no words for how incredibly thankful I am for The Wolfs Den. I have nothing, but pure love and gratitude for this beautiful gym. Everyone is super supportive and friendly. I have been a member for almost a year now. I canât imagine where
