Booked through Booking.com due to having large suite (5 of us) and pool, and good location. Check-in was super fast and easy. Room was perfect and just right size. Location was excellent, right off exit, quiet but close to lots of great food options. Very disappointed to find the pool closed though, since it was the #1 reason we chose it. Hotel staff told us our key cards fit the access for the hotel neat door, I think it was a Comfort Suites? So we walked across the parking lot and used it. Not real nice. No towels, only 4 ft deep, no hot tub. But better than nothing. Back in our room, I drew the pullout couch bed. Not good. Very uncomfortable and no sheets. We asked for blankets, though, and received immediately. The breakfast was nice - eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, fruit, cereals, kids were satisfied. Overall, except for the pool, I'd stay here again. The guy at desk was great and the price, $202, was worth it.

Cleanliness was lacking. Checked into room and found an old, tired room long overdue for renovation. Linoleum floor in kitchen were tired as were dirty grouted bathroom tiles and rusted tub. Dark and dreary decor. Microwave was filthy and dishes left in dishwasher. Asked for microwave to be cleaned and the next day they scrubbed it out and left the remnants all over the counters and floor. They don’t have daily housekeeping which isn’t too unusual these days, but asst manager refused to exchange towels (for a family of four) unless they were taken directly to the front desk. For $300/night, I don’t expect to carry wet soiled towels through a hotel. The daily breakfast was redeeming, but overall this property is worn out.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was okay. I am a Diamond member so I stay at Hilton hotels often. The check in process was easy but the keyless entry did not work. The receptionist explained that they encourage guests to use keys instead of the app. The room itself was clean for the most part. The floors didn’t look vacuumed, there were dishes left in the dish washer and I didn’t know if they were clean or dirty, the toilet wasn’t clean and had (left overs) on the inside of the toilet bowl. The tub was clean but would clog up when we took a shower. We did contact the front desk immediately and they said they would have maintenance look at it the following day but they never did. I didn’t make a big fuss about it because I didn’t want to deal with the headache and only had one more night. The staff was pleasant though and it’s close to restaurants. You can also get to downtown in about 15-20 minutes. It’s also close to shopping and Walmart.

Quite satisfied with my stay here. I think the amenities are in line with (or even exceed) what I'd expect at the price point. My suite was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having the kitchen for a stay of several days. If travel costs are a concern to you, being able to prepare some basic meals can save you a lot of money, as it did me. The included breakfast was better than some negative reviews had me prepared for, though nothing special-- a few hot items, waffle station, bread/bagel/muffin, coffee/tea/juice, some cold cereals, and hot oatmeal. A couple mornings there were breakfast taco fixin's. Shampoo, soap, shower gel are provided in large pump bottles, not those wasteful tiny bottles that bother me a lot. Thumbs up on that. Other assorted observations: -Check-in and check-out were very smooth -I didn't use the pool, but it looked decent -I had trouble connecting to wifi, but I don't know if it was an issue with the service or me being technologically challenged. It worked after an hour of several failed attempts -Nobody showed up to clean for four days. I didn't need or necessarily want a frequent cleaning service and actually turned it away when the cleaners finally arrived on day four at close to 4pm, since I was using the room. But too bad for the cleaners-- I left a nice tip out every day! -I had a room facing the highway, but if there was noise, it didn't register. I slept very well -My room appeared to have been renovated somewhat recently, but the carpeting in the hallway was as dated and ugly as other reviewers have claimed

We returned from our trip on Friday at 8:00 pm to find out that there was nasty scum that looked like vomit on the stairs leading to our room. I called reception, and they described the situation and said they’d take care of it. At 8:45 am, it was still there. I complained to the assistant general manager, Kate. She said that the cleaning crew was only coming at 9:15 am. I told her this was not okay and it was a sanitary issue. She told me not to tell her how to do her job. Shame on you Hilton!

Called ahead by 4 days to ensure we had everything we needed. Asked for a quiet room, away from the elevator, extra towels, hangers, 2 pillows, and a blanket. When we arrived, we were put in a room right over the exit door that slams shut every tonenits used. None of the extras were in the room. Only 1 person on staff at 6 pm... Followed up the next day, and after a few more requests, finally got most of what was asked for other than a quiet room. 2 days later, I asked for extra towels. Nothing for 1.5 days. Called down, and a few hours later, go the towels. The hotel is old and in need of some basic upgrades to the 90s at least. To be clear, the staff was nice, just another group of underpaid and under staffed hotel employees. It's not horrible, but it's absolutely not worth the price.

Overall a decent hotel. Friendly staff, great location. All the amenities were okay. Pool was clean & warm. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom hardware needs replacing….toilet paper holder was practically hanging by a screw.🤣. Breakfast is limited compared to other Homewood suites (Apples were the only fruits, no yogurt & only syrup for waffle toppings).

Stayed there for a overnight visit while in the area. The hotel was close to the 390 and a good location for getting to restaurants and shopping. The suite we had was large, but was on the worn and dirty side. The bathroom had some tile and grout issues from water coming out of the shower. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. And the appliances were smeared on the surfaces from not being cleaned properly. There was only one tiny elevator for this large hotel. The lobby/breakfast area was nice, but the food was not that good. Soggy eggs, and sausage for the hot choices. Although there was make your own waffles, toast, bagels, and cereal. Overall better than some and worse than others. The room we had was tired and needed updating, but the overall square footage was good. Big screen TV's were in both the living area and the bedroom and that was a nice feature.
