Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Cary I-40 - Extended stay hotel in Cary - 555 Crossroads Blvd, USA

Only stayed for 1 night but our stay here was great! from the check in process to the spacious rooms! Customer service was superb, the staff really does care that you have a good experience with them. The rooms were big, spacious and decently clean. I saw a hair in the shower and table in the office area didn't seem to be wiped down but i usually bring my own cleaning supplies. The room also came with a kitchen equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a 2-burner stove. Only thing I wasn't the biggest fan of was the textured pattern of the duvet. The pattern didn't feel nice on the skin. but the bed itself was pretty comfy.

I enjoyed overall my long stay at Homewood Suites. The rooms are quite nice and convenient for people like me who like to cook vs going to restaurants, especially over long stays (9 nights) The gym was also quite nice in the morning. Parking is spacious. BBQ outside was nice to cook a couple times with friends. However, cleanliness was super bad in my opinion (room 409). Crumbles between bed and side table, never cleaned. Bed was made in a very unprofessional way. Toilets were never cleaned and no toilet brush was available. Definitely underwhelmed from that perspective. No tip for the cleaning person for sure.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast had every item you could think of. Clean, beautiful hotel, pleat of areas to sit and spend time in the lobby, lots of small intimate seating options, very unique.|I cannot find one single criticism. Okay, wait. The hot tub was out of order but it wasn’t a huge deal to us because the pool was so large. I did have to go buy floaters for my daughter because there was no shallow area, but that isn’t uncommon.

Denise checked me in and was super friendly and accommodating with an issue that I had with the wrong location being booked via a third party website. She went above and beyond to help me, as I was very sleep deprived. I really appreciated her great customer service! The hotel is situated in a quiet spot so you do not hear traffic, or much noise from the outside. You do hear the people upstairs if they are loud though. The rooms are great for longer stays, as they have all that we humans need, in order to feel comfortable, such as a big fridge, small kitchen, plates, micro, small dinette set, etc..The rooms are very clean and new in appearance. The colors are not dark and depressing. No smells. The only downside is that the rooms do not have Netflix of Youtube to watch which was surprising but for me that is okay as I hardly watch tv. Overall, I give the hotel 5 stars because it is above average and very pleasant for people who like quality, peace and happy people to greet you and to bid you farewell!

I just stayed for a night and the room was nice. However it wasn’t clean….before I left I was making sure I had everything lifting the end of the bedding off the ground I found a black sock that wasn’t mine. So that makes me believe the bedding wasn’t changed before I came cuz if it was someone would have seen it. The building is beautiful not gonna lie and I loved the outside pool and deck area but the pool also wasn’t clean….it looked like it had maybe been skimmed that morning (I was in the pool at 6 pm) but that’s it…there was a little algae at the bottom and a kids toy covered in algae. Plus the bugs were huge especially the mosquitoes just a warning bring bug spray if you wanna go outside. Overall I did really like the place…the pros out way the cons but I just wish the cleanliness was better.

Amazing staff with superb service. Rooms are clean, well stocked, and spacious. Other amenities are easily accessible and also top-quality. Great location with many places to eat nearby.

Very nice hotel. Only down side is they could use more handicap parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Decent breakfast if ypu go early if not the selection is limited. Overall nice hotel..

Stayed here recently for a few nights and it was a great experience! Got a King Studio—room was very spacious with a small kitchen and living room area! The hotel and room seem new and modern, and clean too—we loved it. They offered complimentary breakfast, just basic stuff but it was a nice bonus. There’s a small snack shop in the lobby too. Location is great—lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
