Our trip to the Homewood Suites was wonderful. I brought the family and we were high maintenance; however, the staff and especially Carlos were capable of handling all our needs with ease. Breakfast was great everyday. The rooms were clean and everything looks brand new. Highly recommend especially for a longer stay.
Great location! Lots of food choices and grocery shopping within walking distance. Hotel in the midst of a full refresh and it's very nice. My room was large and remodel of it well done. Kitchen well stocked. All furniture comfortable. TVs a bit small, though I didn't watch any television. Loved the huge, walk in shower. I supposed this could be an issue for anyone wanting a tub to soak in but I didn't miss it at all. ||Breakfast was average and plentiful. Market in lobby had a lot of choices for midnight snacks, treats, etc. Every staff member was pleasant, seemed happy to be at work and housekeeping is exceptional.||Tons of safe and free parking.||I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
I needed a hotel close enough to Lake Pleasant. This was 36 minutes south. It was by a lot of restaurants which was great! They just didn't set up my reservation when I made changes. There was new carpet being put in and we had to walk through the hallway with the construction. Also the electrical outlets weren't working in the kitchen.
The manager is super professional and hands-on, which reflects on the quality of service. Carlos was so accommodating during the check-in process. The woman who runs the breakfast is on top of things and very friendly as well. The rooms are being renovated and look great. This was the first time in a long time we had this stellar of an experience at a hotel- will definitely be back!
Love the Hilton. But this particular property was lacking. First they put me in a room they had just relackard the furniture. So the smell was toxic. Then switched to another room where the fridge was busted. Then the next day did late checkout so I could do some zoom meetings and there housekeepers interrupted 3 times before it was even time for a normal checkout. I had to finally get rude with them so they would stop. Love Hilton but no amends were made. Not even a slight discount for a room that had a busted fridge.
Toxic Fumes, VOCs During my visit the hotel was having oil-based painting, caulking, and furniture touch-up painting and the fumes were noxious - immediate headache, sore throat. How is exposure to toxic fumes allowed at a Hilton property? I complained and my complaints were dismissed and all the hotels nearby were booked due to a conference in the area. The next day the front staff told me they would have an 'ozone machine' filter the air in my room which was a complete lie - they didn't do anything. This is unacceptable to expose guests to construction activities that require respirators according to OSHA.
This was a last-minute stay bc our flight was delayed so long that we couldn't make the drive to the Grand Canyon like we wanted that night. This man who helped me was extremely sweet, nice, helpful, and just had genuine care for others. I did not get his name, but it was Oct 12th, and we checked in around 830/9, maybe, and he was there in the morning when we went to breakfast. I hope this company reads these reviews bc this man went above and beyond to help me. You don't find good customer service anymore, and I did that night. We had a rough day of travel, and my husband had a seizure on the plane & we couldn't get to our regular accommodations - we were so disappointed, but this man made everything less stressful. He had long dark hair, and it was braided. Give this man a raise. A promotion. We need more happy.. genuinely KIND ppl in customer service like him. Because of him.. we will be regular Hampton/ Hilton customers. ❤️
Short: Loads of convenience. Great staff. Nice enough. Modern enough If this hotel was a little more updated, would be 5 stars review. My room does have a ceiling fan though. This really should be a standard feature. Campus is large with lots of amenities including pool, gym, basketball court, billiard room and laundry. Staff is great. Lacks a restaurant BUT the “Evening Social” on Wednesday is legit with complimentary beer, whine and finger foods. Breakfast at 6am during the week is a plus, especially since this location is a little out of town. Lobby is nice and clean. Wish the door locks were updated to touch less. Lots of food and groceries all walking distance

This place is great! The food was outstanding and the waitress who is the chef's wife, was absolutely amazing! She is a sweet lady and gave us great suggestions. We waited like 5-10mins to be seated and food came quickly. I wish I can try everything

Great place for all the north valley residents to head out for a relaxing walk into the nature with moderate hiking. If you choose to head all the way up to the top of the mountain peak then that would serve as a good hike. Loved the 360 degree view
I took the time to visit Window Coffee Bar although I am an avid and dedicated Starbucks fan. I was pleased to find a lively, upbeat atmosphere that resonated not just with the perfectly volumed music, but the staff as well. We ordered the suggested
