Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Avondale - Extended stay hotel in Avondale - 11450 W Hilton Dr, USA

Let me reiterate, I LOVE Homewood suites. I always try to find one when my family goes on vacation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to update the appearance inside the hotel, specifically the hallways, wallpaper, and cleanliness. There were peeling walls by the elevator buttons and the hallways were extremely cold. The carpets are really outdated. There was some dust in the room we stayed in, but not a big deal. The front staff was amazing upon arrival and check out. We encountered three staff members. Two were at the front desk, one who checked us in and another who relieved the first. They were both accommodating. The third woman we encountered was a woman who brought extra blankets, pillows, and a crib to our room. She was very nice and prompt with getting what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was okay, the coffee was great.

I fly frequently and stay in multiple Hilton hotels for work. I like the Homewood Suite ones because I feel more like I’m in a home than a hotel. I have to say that this hotel customer service is 10 out of 10! 5 star service! From check in with Ms. Love, to daily questions and even extra support for your work needs with Nick, they are on top of it all! I truly enjoyed my stay and I will use them again when I’m in town.

Not a bad place. What was once considered to be hotel sins is the norm these days. Hotel and staff is there and willing to help but they're lazy. The coffee creamer bottle was empty, with the top unscrewed was left overnight and into the morning breakfast. I threw the empty container away, something the lazy staff should have done. All said, it's still a good place to stay.

Positive: The kitchenette was nice. Negative: I did not like paying $21.00 for parking in an uncovered, unsecured, everyday parking lot especially knowing that the hilton garden inn shares the same lot but has no charge for parking there. Doesnt make much sense to me

The ONLY reason why it's all 5 Stars is because of Ms. Antoinette she is THE VERY BEST at what she does no one would EVER know if she's having a bad day she is just beyond Great Customer service she has become part of our Family in a short time my KIDS ask for her is how AWESOME she is.... Ms. Bonnie who used to be the one to cook is now in Housekeeping and we were sad to hear she wasn't the one in the kitchen any more but she also is someone we look for when we come.... The Breakfast this time with this New Lady was just undeniably HORRIBLE...Cold eggs and sausage for 2DAYS in a roll whoever this lady is RUDE AND NASTY TO EVERYONE

Would not recommend this hotel. Rooms were run down and in need of maintenance. Housekeeping was lacking. Multiple stains on the secondary bed in the room, on the floors, and the shower. The shower head itself was caked with sediment. Floors throughout the hotels were frequently sticky. Giving the second star only because the front desk service was prompt and friendly and the air conditioning was very powerful in the room.

Everything about this hotel is good, the ladies at the front desk are amazing, housekeeping does a wonderful job. But I want to give a huge shout-out to Chesvan who went out of his way to help me get into my locked vehicle. We need more good hearted people like him. Thank you so much Chesvan for being so helpful, courteous and caring!!! Happy New Year to each of you and your families!!

Ms. Love is extraordinary. So kind and caring about every aspect of your stay. Rooms are nice and clean, but our room had some tiles loose rm222. Bad TV remote receiver. Everything else was great.
