Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-Valley Forge - Extended stay hotel in Audubon - 681 Shannondell Blvd, USA

I booked a “premium” room that includes drinks and snacks restocked daily. It’s more money per night just for the convenience, but I usually feel it’s worth it. Well, they don’t include the “drinks and snacks restocked daily”. That’s my biggest gripe, literally wasted money. Staff seems nice with the people I’ve come in contact with, the hotel is relatively clean, but you can tell it’s definitely dated. The shower in my room doesn’t have a soap shelf, so the bar of soap inevitably ends up on the floor, which nobody on their right mind wants to then use the next day.

Hotel vieillot et chambre pas très propre : Un drap était arraché sur le bord, abat jour sale, kitchenette mais uniquement avec 4 assiettes (ennuyeux quand on est 5), pas d'éponge ni de tablette pour le lave vaisselle. Petit déjeuner sommaire, pas de réapprovisionnement en cours de repas (plus de sachet de thé), cuisine collante au sol et sur le poignées de porte. Climatisation à fond avec la cheminée qui fonctionne, cherchez l'erreur ! Et on repassera pour la protection de l'environnement, pour le petit déjeuner c'est plastique et plastique sans poubelle de tri bien sûr). Piscine pas aussi grande que le laisse croire la photo, sale et extrêmement chlorée au point de ne pouvoir y voir ses pieds ! Mais des serviettes sont à dispositions aux abords. Environnement de la piscine néanmoins agréable avec des fauteuils, des tables ,1 BBQ et un petit terrain de basket pour passer un temps à l'extérieur.

My stay was not good. I paid for a premium suite. N the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower has very little pressure. I would have just paid for a regular room if i knew that it was gonna be that bad. I will not give ur hotel any stars. I didn't like my stay and I won't be recommending my friends n family to go to this hotel. The fact that there was a kitchen was good. My husband n I slept in the sofa bed that is how bad the bed was. Plus there were children running up and down the hallway. I hope u do better

This Homewood Suites does not meet the standrds in most Homewood Suites. The coffee is cheap and dreadful...really really cheap tasting. The breakfast fare is sparse and cheap. There are no toiletries in the bathroom except un-secured pump bottles that previous guests can access and mess with. The pillows smelled bad. We checked in around 7 pm after a long day and didn't realize how low the standards here are until we had checked in. I actually left the breakfst setup to find a decent cup of coffee nearby and was delighted with Valerio Coffee, a cafe that is a 1 minute easy drive from the hotel. Never had to do that before from any Hilton; we are Honors members and loyal to the brand, rarely unhappy with Hilton sites.

Loved the separate bed room and living room. perfect for our long weekend stay. Clean Room. Good breakfast. Good staff. Nice location.

The assistant manager is very disgruntle to guest. The assistant manager has no problem solving skills and no real world experience is guest services. She made our stay a nightmare. From keeping out of order rooms in inventory and poor communication with departments. We did not get anything repaired during our stay after several talks with her.|The rooms are run down and outdated the least you can do is be nice to guest for goodness sakes!

I'm a Hilton Rewards and I stayed at this hotel 7/31 - 7/2/2024. Problems experienced during my stay 1) no soap in shower or in room at all, 2) no syrup during breakfast for waffles 3) watered down juice 4) on pork meats on breakfast bar (please add some non-pork meats to the breakfast bar), and only one waffle maker on the breakfast. There were hotel guests who went to local grocer and purchased their own bottles of syrup to go with waffles while other guests purchased their own breakfast sandwiches to share with guests. This was one of the worst experiences ever at any hotel stay. ||Unfortunately, I've gotten different versions of the problems ranging from prior hotel GM left inadvertently without replenishing any supplies and supply truck driver left got sick and there was no one to deliver the supplies. We have stayed in multiple Hilton properties and Homewood Suites. This hotel is dated and the rooms need to be refurbished. The sink in room 227 was cracked, the garbage can was rusted and the water dripped in the shower/tub. In addition, the furniture in the living space was well beyond its useful life. ||Breakfast was also sub-par. The breakfast had the typical waffle maker and bread but was lacking in pastries, yogurts and fruit.
