Homewood Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens - Extended stay hotel in Palm Beach Gardens - 4700 Donald Ross Rd, USA

First, everything started with my conversation over the phone with Wolf. I called the hotel directly because I read a review about bed bugs a while back. He acknowledged there had been an incident, but that it was taken care, so there was no longer a concern. He was so Good I booked our stay with him! Aside from Wolf everyone is very attentive and so well trained. Above everything the room feels clean. Sometimes you go to a hotel and it is clean on the surface, but you can smell that the carpets, the chair, and/or the bedding aren’t really clean. Not sure how often they deep clean here, but our room really smelled clean. The kitchen, and the entire sweet is well laid out. The refrigerator is a small full size refrigerator that stays on! While they don’t have one of those noisy ac units, the in wall system was still a bit noisy. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely come back again!

Had an emergency while staying in Palm Beach and they picked us up after the normal hours for shuttle service which we appreciated SO MUCH! The room we had was gorgeous and very roomy. Loved the small kitchen! And we had 2 tvs which helped when my husband and I wanted to watch something different! Would highly recommend this hotel and the complimentary breakfast and dinner were great! The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very sweet and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our third consecutive holiday season at Homewood Suites, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Every year, we eagerly anticipate our stay, and the entire staff consistently delivers outstanding service. While everyone on the team is exceptional, it's worth noting the exceptional leadership of Marcus. However, our absolute favorite is Wolf, whose kind heart and friendly demeanor never fail to make us feel welcomed. We always look forward to engaging in conversations with Wolf during our stay. A heartfelt thanks to everyone at Homewood Suites for ensuring our stay was delightful.

The stay here was extremely enjoyable. The room was clean along with the rest of the hotel including the pool. The continental breakfast was actually very good. All the staff was friendly and accommodating! The location is also within walking distance of a plaza that has a couple good restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and would also stay there again

My Family stayed for 5 nights in late December. Check in with Marcus was exemplary Thank You! Rooms spotless with terrific amenities.. Bed Super Comfortable! Breakfast was superb.. There is top class management at this hotel I think the owner/Manager is a lady with blond hair..but she keeps the place running well very hands on I have not seen this attention to detail before! The grounds pool etc well maintained Perfect. The area is top class and safe we went for a walk every morning, gorgeous homes and golf courses surround hotel. Starbucks, Panera, McDonalds etc within walking distance. The entire area is immaculate. 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches...

I travel to this hotel often for business and it's always great. Very clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, and very reasonably priced. I checked in today (9/7) with Brandon and he was so amiable, you couldn't help but smile. Even after dealing with the rude guest in front of me his composure never changed. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Hilton name has always been synonymous with hospitality, not at this property. We booked a 2 night stay but needed to check out after the first night due to health reasons. I spoke with Marcus, Front Office and Operations Manager, who informed me there is a $100 early checkout fee. I discussed that I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, the highest level in the Hilton loyalty program, and that we have stayed at this property multiple times over the years and really enjoyed it, but we need to leave a day early. He told me he didn’t care and the $100 fee applies to everyone, Diamond member or not. I was shocked by his attitude and response. It’s amazing that the Hilton Brand does not include compassion and understanding for people when things happen unexpectedly. Markus made sure my Hilton Honors credit card was charged the $100 early departure fee and he showed me he won the battle. However he lost the war because that property will never see any future revenue from my stays, or those of my family or friends. Kind of shortsighted don’t you think? Basically just bad business sense and poor customer service. Remember, Marcus is the Front Office and Operations Manager, he must know what’s best for the Hilton Homewood Suites in Palm Beach Gardens. Thank you reading my review.

Very quiet, clean and cozy. Nice breakfast. The staff was absolutely wonderful and efficient (reception, restaurant, maintenance, cleaning…). I will definitely recommend this hotel. Looking forward to come next year.
