Mixed review: The rooms were nice in terms of size. I was very spacious. The breakfast was adequate. We realized upon entry that the faucet in our tub was leaking. We went down to the front desk and the young lady working there was very polite and helpful and sent Maintenance up right away and Maintenance came up and they were both very nice as well however they were unable to stop the leaking from the tub faucet. Due to this, there was a lack of pressure in the shower and a continual sound all night long. Housekeeping services did not come to our room during our time there so we had to request towels be sent up for our shower every night and the towels that we had been using just stayed there and made the room smell sour. They also never came to get the trash so by the time we left, we weren’t able to throw anything away in the room. The facilities were nice though they have a nice pool and the dining area looks very clean. I just wish that they could have fixed the faucet or offered to relocate or compensate us for that issue.

First, I'd like to say that the front desk staff and breakfast staff are incredibly helpful and great. This is my second time staying here. The first time was okay, so I thought I'd try it again for 6 nights. In my room, the fitted sheet and 2/3 towels were stained. The shower was clogged and drained very very slowly. I packed my own sheets so I decided to tough it out rather expend the time and energy to moving rooms. But, then, multiple of my bags became absolutely horrifically infested by ants. The entire living room section was infested and now getting into my bags. It took hours to get my items mostly ant-free and requested a new room. The staff was very helpful in providing me with a room on the same floor to move. The toilet in the second room is faulty and every few minutes, it made a very loud running sound, as if it was being flushed. I wasn't in the bathroom for a few hours and when I return, toilet was spewing water all over the bathroom every time it made the noise. This was my last straw. Also, someone's socks were in closet. I immediately packed my things and checked out 4 nights early. I will never stay here again!

Absolutely amazing rooms. So much more than i needed, but i used all of the space! Comfortable bed, and enough pillows for me. The breakfast was superb! And I don't get to say that often, I am gluten-free and low carb, and I was able to eat enough different things and get full. Very happy with my stay.

I had a pleasant experience at this property. It was very clean, and the customer service was excellent from front desk staff as well as housekeeping. Kudos to the young, black man working front desk the late evening of 05/18. He was very patient, professional and showed great restraint while dealing with an aggressive guest. The guest was being belligerent, condescending and utterly disrespectful. My family and I witnessed this young man handle the situation perfectly and with such grace. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfy and clean. Staff were nice. Walking distance to Applebees and 7/Eleven which kept us from having to make a Walmart run. Those Big Gulps came in handy. I prefer solid floors over carpet as the carpets always need shampooing in motels, and no streaming on the TVs, but enough channels to wind down to in the evening.

The location seems to be an old building, the lobby is about the only part that looked modern. The rooms have poor lighting and the noises from the street are excessive. I went for a business trip, so after long days I just wanted a decent meal and a good night sleep, and it was hard to get both.

Probably be the only time we’ll be staying at this hotel giving the fact that they have some type of ant infestation in the first floor. I even saw them crawling on the front desk counter. The staff is very friendly but more importantly Coretta was doing all she can to help us when it came to moving into another room. The breakfast is not terrible and the staff there is friendly as well. We got a king suite which is quaint if you’re with a small group and it has a kitchen. It’s ridiculous that they charge $10 a night for parking when there is no security out there. Another very negative this is the cleaning crew does NOT vacuum the rooms at all. All they do is just sweep which doesn’t sweep everything in there. And when you walk down the hallway you can see there’s still some trash on the floor. Fix these problems and might reconsidered staying and actually suggest to family and friends it’s ok to stay here

This place looks nice from the outside and the lobby is decent, but the rooms are terribly run down and dirty. With my room key I got a printed notice about recent vehicle break-ins. The pictures speak for themselves. I would never stay here again.
