The hotel has been great thus far! We walked the mile to "Old Market" instead of paying for more parking elsewhere. Not a terrible walk, straight shot. As for the hotel it's clean! As for the pool... well, it just a pool, no hot tub ☹️. My son said the pool is warm so that definitely is a plus, just not for me. I look forward to relaxing in a hot tub, not swimming in a pool.
Hector R at the front desk was exceptionally kind & courteous! He went above & beyond to make our stay great! Melissa the housekeeper was also very kind & helpful. We had a king room & my only complaint is that the king fitted sheet doesn’t fit well & the corner kept slipping off, also firmer pillows would be better. It would be nice if they would invest in some better fitting sheets & firmer pillows, other than that everything was great. I will be returning.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Homewood Suites in Downtown Omaha and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The surrounding area offers an array of walkable dining options and event spaces, which adds to the overall appeal.
One of the standout features is the ample parking, easily managed through pay-by-phone using well-posted QR codes. While the parking fee requires a minimum payment for 24 hours, it’s reasonably priced at around $15, offering great value for the convenience.
The hotel itself is immaculate, with both the lobby and rooms being exceptionally clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
Overall, I would highly recommend Homewood Suites to anyone visiting Omaha. The combination of location, cleanliness, and outstanding service makes it an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again.
Customer Service, WHAT??? This place has a great leader in charge. Hector at the front desk is exceptionally good at dealing with people. In this world we live in today, that's hard to find, but he is worth his weight in gold. The continental Breakfast is so well thought out and prepared, I actually ate here every morning. Rosa is the kitchen lady, and she cooks with heart. Every morning, the options were plentiful, hot, and delicious. Can't say enough for this Hotel, but they went so far above and beyond, it gave me hope that Customer Service is still alive. Sorry it's long, but WOW! Great job crew!

Very nice hotel lots of space to move around nice pool area the area was very clean plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast could be a little better a little more options.. but other then that I was very happy with our stay thank you..
We had the best experience because of Hector R and all of the staff! They were so friendly and hardworking. Each and every time we needed something, Hector and Alexis went out of their way to attend to us! They helped us with our room, with setting up a party and answering all of our questions. The breakfasts were also delicious! Thank you for a great Omaha graduation weekend!
We do stay vacay every so often and decided to try a new hotel downtown instead of our regular go to hotels. What a mistake!!! Front desk staff were it people friendly at all. When checking in stood there for almost 15-20 mins and lady never acknowledge us. Also in the morning a different front desk lady was not friendly at all. We said good morning and she just looked at us like nothing. Secondly our room smelled like smoke (smoke free hotel suppose to be) and our sheets had blood stains. We contacted the front desk and they said we could move however we would have to go to a downgraded room without compensating at all and then they didn’t even offer to come up to the room to check everything out and at least change the sheets. Third thing was the pool area when we went in the morning to take a dip totally trashed and no towels were available in the pool area. This should have been taken care of before it opened. Lastly when we got to talk with the manger at the front desk and told her all the issues she told my wife and I she would contact hotels.com and ensure we received a full refund for our stay. Well that never happened so overall terrible experience. Will never stay here again and will let everybody know

My 5 year old son loves going! Everyone also cheers for him, and it makes such a positive effect on his self-confidence. Along with the eagerness to learn more. The environment is beyond amazing.
