Homewood Suites By Hilton New Hartford Utica - Extended stay hotel in Clinton - 185 Woods Park Drive, USA

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last three years while our daughter has been attending Utica University. The hotel is always clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We have always experienced kind and welcoming service from everyone we encountered at the hotel. This visit was no exception. They have improved their breakfast options since our last stay. It was always a good hotel breakfast but this stay it was even better with the addition of breakfast tacos/bowls. They were a huge hit with our group. We all agreed it was the best hotel breakfast we have had. There are so many things to love about this hotel (which is why it tends to fill up quickly). If you are coming to the Utica/New Hartford area you would be hard pressed to find a better hotel.

Surprisingly clean, not smelly, comfortable. I am a hygiene freak, as soon as I stepped in the room grabbed my gloves, lysol spray and wipes. Not even a single dust piece… wiped counters, tables door knobs, toilet… clean! No bad smells o stains. We stayed on the 4th floor. Highly recommended!

The only negative of our stay was the TV's. It felt like a wierd economy cable package from 1997. On the other hand the rooms, breakfast, pool, gym, staff and everything else all were great! Extremely clean hotel.

This hotel has it all, amazing size rooms, stellar employees from the front desk to the breakfast room, hearty filling breakfast, & a quiet location. Our room was on the 4th floor, the odd numbered rooms face the back of the hotel. It’s unfortunate we arrived so late as my kids would’ve loved to play basketball or sit around the outdoor fire pit. Beds are incredibly comfy, we heard zero noise from the other hotel guests, or any noise outside. Breakfast was filling, I don’t remember the last time I saw a hotel use real plates & cutlery for the complementary breakfast, I’ve never seen breakfast burritos offered, even the standard waffles & orange juice tasted better than the other hotels we’ve stayed at lately. |This hotel sets the bar for future hotel stays, and will be our preferred hotel when traveling.

We have truly enjoyed our stay. All of the staff that we encountered have been very friendly. We have enjoyed the wide open space our King Bedroom Suite has offered. Love the large refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink, office/kitchen table, coffee pot, ceramic dishes, silverware and nice wide shower.

This hotel rocked. Better than any other homewood suites I’ve stayed at. Super clean, pool was clean and maintained, outdoor spaces are super nice. Likely a new build. I tried to stay here on return trip but schedule precluded that.

Very nice hotel! We had a 2 bed like suite type room. There was a living room, a kitchen, with a full size fridge, and even some kitchen utensils and things to cook with on the stove or microwave. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Dog friendly!

The hotel is wonderful. Nice room. Super breakfast! Away from the crowds but around a 5 minute drive to stores and restaurants. |Along with all of that, I need to give a shout-out to the staff. |Dominica and at least one other person helped us out in the following way:|We had left a small item behind, and thankfully one staff member saw it and kept it on hold. I called the hotel and sure enough, they had it and offered to mail it to us. |They did so either that or the next day. I asked about us paying for the shipping and it was on them! Wow!|This is the kind of place you want to stay in.
