Debbie Daniels is so good to work with. She helped us with our team's reservations and was quick to respond by email with answers to my questions and updated rooming lists. The rest of the staff greeted us with the best southern hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

My wife and I are here for a couple of days just to get away. We have never seen them more clean Hotel establishment. Also, the staff here are very friendly and professional. Pasha, the young lady in the breakfast area was very attentive and accommodating. Last night when we came in, there was a guy about 6 ft 4, Dreads who greeted with a vert calm and professional demeanor. And whoever is cleaning, those bathrooms in the hotel lobby we recommend some kind of accommodation or promotion! I guess you can say my wife and I are very pleased. Thanks.

This stay was an overnight on my way to Florida, however it was so lovely I keep remembering it. Manager really knows what they are doing. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms, warm and friendly staff , lovely grounds, and appreciation genuinely conveyed by the whole team for choosing this property. Delightful Manager’s reception with burgers grilled right outside.It was a full meal, very much enjoyed by this tired traveler. Did I mention the complementary laundry room that was so clean it would have passed a white glove test? The team really seems to take pride in this beautiful hotel. It is so nice to just be a guest and relax. Think I need to travel to Montgomery just to experience what a hotel ought to be!

Highly recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness (spotless) staff were friendly and helpful, linen and towels were cleaned, great temperature of different variety of foods to choose from such as having homemade hot grits and homemade oatmeal which was never often at any other hotels that I have stayed. The 1 bedroom suite with double beds were very spacious and comfortable for my family of 4 along with the Queen size sofa bed. I love the separate living space with a privacy door from the bedroom. Really appreciate Michael the General Manager for upgrading me from a 1 bedroom King suite to a 1 bedroom with 2 Queen size bed suite. Overall I give this hotel all 5 ratings. My family and I will be staying at this hotel again. Location was great short walking distance from shopping stores and restaurants. Hotel is kid- friendly.

Located in outstanding location! The rooms were very clean! We had the 2 bedroom suite; tons of space. The ambiance of the hotel was great, great staff, and the breakfast was BUSSIN!! Easy 5/5 and will find a way to make it back during my road travels.

Great hotel!! Staff were welcoming and helpful. We were lucky enough to arrive before the free Wednesday evening reception ended. Enjoyed the chicken fajitas, salad, beer and mini cinnamon roll. Needless to say, breakfast was not to be missed either. Good variety of breakfast items, hot and cold. The rooms/bathrooms/kitchenette were clean and fully stocked. See you next time we are through Alabama!

Hello Friends, another review. It's time for a hotel stay. Visited this location on way back from Georgia to visit a family friend. The Mrs booked it on AAA website. We came to the location a little earlier than check in time. We were greeted by Jada whom was very pleasant and checked availability of our room. They were able to accommodate us but please understand this does not happen all the time. We booked the suite with two rooms, one with a fully functional kitchen and small living room area with bedrooms connected with bathroom. We were actually contacted a few days prior to ensure our stay. The room was very clean, safe and had everything we needed for our family. We were surprised to find out that they had a Continental breakfast prepared by Ms. Mary and Pasha. Real bacon, real eggs, breads, bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee and cereals. They were very warm and welcoming. Very impressed. There are two really important details I want to share in regards to this hotel. First, everyone... I mean everyone greeted us by either saying good morning, giving us an acknowledgement of a head nod and asking how our stay was going. I was amazed that this action was so genuine and made me feel valued. Secondly, this hotel isn't brand new but there are dings and dangs. There was one employee who was using a mop to clean and wipe down the baseboards. She didn't know I was observing but I saw her taking pride in her work. These two reasons are huge on why I recommend this hotel for your stay. They care for their guests and do whatever they can to make your stay a pleasant one. I will stay here any time my family needs to. I suggest you do as well. Remember Friends, enjoy where you stay! Peace!

We celebrated my birthday the weekend 9/23 at HomewoodSuites, |East Chase (Montgomery). We four (4) Sisters throughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. The amenities were exceptional and your Staff treated us as Family. We continue to enjoy staying and relaxing as home away from home| Mr. Modozie and wonderful staff has maintained excellence in keeping this wonderful facility a great place to stay when visiting Montgomery.
