Homewood Suites by Hilton Montgomery - Extended stay hotel in Montgomery - 1800 Interstate Park Dr, USA

I am currently staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Montgomery, and I just couldn't wait to leave to write my review. I can't say enough good things about my experience so far and it's only been day 1 of 6. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness that made me feel valued. A VERY special shoutout to Tammy, who truly went above and beyond with her customer service. She made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect, and her genuine care and attention to detail really stood out. It's rare to find someone who puts so much heart into their work, and Tammy’s dedication definitely made all the difference. I also want to highlight Francine, who was incredibly kind and nice when I met her later that evening. She had a smile on her face and was ready to help with I was needing and we had a great laugh about strawberry frosted flakes. Her positive energy was contagious and added an extra layer of happiness to my experience.

We enjoyed everything about this Homewood Suites. Rooms are large with a full kitchen, living room area with sofa sleeper and comfortable bed and bedding in the attached sleeping area. It is tucked away in an area of office complexes away from the freeway so is quiet and very safe. There is a great authentic Mexican restaurant five minutes away that was an excellent choice for dinner.||The highlight of our stay was Doris who prepares an amazing breakfast! In addition to the usual items she had homemade pulled pork with all the fixins'. She is a treasure and we would come back to Montgomery just to visit with her.||Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Montgomery.

Staff was super friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Pool nice. Only negative is the handicap pool lift not operational. |Check in staff very nice and helpful. Nice court yard. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again||

Had several encounters with the staff. Excellent leadership dealing with employees shown by Assistant GM Tammy. Excellent service from front desk reps Serenthia & Christina who were very attentive to my multiple requests to make my family with special needs daughter comfortable. A special shout out to Phillip who handed my 2 am check in with ease to put very tired family to bed after a long road trip. Also Doris makes a great breakfast and maintains her kitchen and serving area in a very high state of cleanliness,. All these hospitality professionals are very good at what they do and the owners of this Home Wood Suites are very fortunate to have such quality employees. I must give any Hilton property that sees the need and does renovate a great review but this property truly lives up to the brand. I only read the reviews before and saw that it needed a renovation that was recently completed before I decided to stay. It was a great job as the rooms are fresh and I could see this would be a place I would stay again. Biscuits for breakfast were good and the service was top notch. Christina who was working at night was hustling and on top of everything!

The staff are pleasant and easy to talk too. The property overall is clean. Our room and bathroom were clean, but several hairs in the tub. Seemed more like from fallen hair during the cleaning vs. not being cleaned…but still. The air conditioning in our room is okay but definitely not crisp. The children love the pool. Gym has quality equipment like Peleton despite being very small. They also have a small basketball court on the property.

Booked this hotel because they had a two bedroom suite and we have a large family. It was definitely not worth the price that we paid. The room seemed very dated and just didn't feel clean. The employee that my husband encountered while trying to get coffee the next morning was rude enough that we checked out before even eating the breakfast that was included with the stay.

It was a last-minute reservation with Travel so we were glad to get a room, but the price was two times higher than third-party and it was too late to deal with them. Then I asked for accessible room. It’s not really an accessible room. The shower has no handheld showerhead and it was very high up, also the doors were heavy with no button ADA button to get in also there was someone else’s trash i can near bathroom and trash in open closet area. Not real impressed especially for the cost and not really handicapped assessable. Also ladies, nice in the breakfast area, but the coffee was stale.
