The hotel is great in so many ways! Great verity of pillows (and I love a firm pillow) and the beds are great (no lumps) and the room has plenty of lights and the ceiling fan. If that is not enough to brag about Frank is always walking around checking for safety (I witnessed him checking fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and asking me if everything was ok with my room. He also stayed late during a horrid weather (tornado warnings) to make sure the hotel was "storm ready". Same action was taken during cold winter storm. Thanks for going above and beyond to look out for your guest safety!

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Social nights are back and Dorthy glows as she greets you and serves refreshments and beverages. GM Cynthia works great with her team and she also speaks to the guest. She is the first GM I have seen working at a social and talking to the guest. I have also seen her walking the halls with her employees.||Scott and Rhaena are a great sales team. Not only do they work great to get groups the best rate, they follow up with you to make sure you are happy. ||If you want a room with great lighting, a CEILING FAN, decent breakfast choices, great pillows, and friendly staff this place is top knotch.

It is super rare to find a hotel room that accommodates our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 very tall teen, and a preteen). Homewood's 2 bedroom suite was perfect. A couple complaints: the interstate traffic noise was quite loud, and the air conditioner/heater kicking on frequently shook the whole room. Also not sure why the alarm clocks were set to go off at 6am. The morning breakfast was good. Lots of options for hungry kids. It was only an overnight stay, so we didn't get to check out a lot of the hotel amenities. All employees we spoke with her very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Use this hotel regularly for business travel but the last trip was the worst. Heard a noise earlier in the day by my door and thought it was nothing. I later get woken up by maintenance replacing the battery in the lock so someone else can access my room that they were given a room key to. Maintenance ignored the do not disturb sign on the door handle and apparently the front desk double assigns rooms.

The manager was phenomenal, I would confidently say that when I visit back to Alabama I will be staying in this location again. I had no issues what so ever, the breakfast was always something different and delicious! It puts you basically a 20-40 minute drive to tons of sites and locations and that’s perfect for me. Surrounded with a wide variety of restaurants and a mall right behind you! If you walk 5 minutes down the road you might even be lucky to see an alligator on the alligator boardwalk that’s safe for children! I highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in a clean, affordable, and primetime location to stay here!!! Wish I could give more stars on my review! *******************

The worst stay I have had. The beds are as hard as concrete and the pillows are as thin as the towels as soon as you lay your head on them. They also have the worst design for the ac. It's a huge unit in the living room area that is terribly loud when it runs and then the vent for the bedroom blow directly in your face while you try and sleep and you cannot adjust it so by the time you wake up your sinuses are so dry they hurt. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. But the whole point of a hotel is to be able to get a good night's sleep and that just did not happen. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were visiting Daphne with our kids and wanted a spacious room, with a separate bedroom and kitchen. Those types of hotels are near impossible to find, so when I came across this Homewood Suites I booked! |Our room was spacious for a hotel. I liked that I had a bedroom with a TV and my kids could hang out in the living room area and watch TV, too. The kitchen is a bit small, but I loved the full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooktop. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary things - utensils, plates, cups, etc. |Overall, the room was clean and didn't have the musty hotel smell. There were some questionable spots on the bedroom wall, which looked like someone had spilled a drink or the worse, urinated on. |The bed was comfortable and our room, although close to I-10, was quiet. |The hotel offers a full hot breakfast. I wasn't over happy with the selection of eggs - they either contained peppers or cheese, all three mornings, but that's just my personal preference and I was able to find something to eat beside a cold pastry. The kitchen staff were very nice and kept everything stocked and cleaned up. One morning I even heard a guest talking to a kitchen staff member about a special diet. The staff was so accommodating and prepared a whole separate breakfast for the guest - that's impressive!|I'll be saving this hotel for our future trips to Daphne.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room met all our expectations!!! Queen, and I will be back!!!
