Homewood Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown - Extended stay hotel in Louisville - 635 W Market St, USA

Recently stayed there for two nights. Beautiful hotel downtown close to the Louisville Slugger Museum. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Room and bed was excellent. Great shower! Breakfast was typical hotel fair but was good and adequate. My only concern was when we came back in the hotel from being out a homeless man came in and served himself coffee then asked to use the bathroom. We had just seen him walking down the street with his hand down the front of his pants digging around. Don’t drink from the coffee dispenser in the lobby is all I’m saying

Great spot if you are hoping to tour the city! Main Street is where most of the bourbon city distilleries are and you will definitely be close to them all. The service was pretty good and staff was always available to answer any questions or assist you with anything. The rooms were pretty clean, however the dishwasher does not get ran between stays. We had some dirty dishes in our room. Overall, great place to stay if looking for something simple, safe, and close to everything!

Very nice hotel in a great location. The parking garage next door with in & out privileges was quite convenient. King suite was very spacious and comfortable. ||The complimentary morning breakfast was fine. The manager’s reception on Wednesday was a joke! No warm hors d’ oeuvres offered like at all other Homewood Suites I’ve visited. Just cheese cubes, crackers, hummus, and vegetable soup. I’d be embarrassed to put this spread out for my own guests!

The location of the place is excellent, however I booked for two nights and my expectations about the place were higher. I paid to stay for 4 people and there were no towels for that number of people, plus the room was not very clean, the bathroom smelled like eggs, and I found this on the carpet, plus it was not well vacuumed and these chairs were super stained. Here are some photos. I think I could find a cheaper and cleaner hotel.

Everything about this hotel is great- except for the street noise. Very nice staff, clean and spacious room, even the location is great and convenient... But if you are not a sound sleeper and face the street, it's almost impossible to sleep well because you hear every single loud vehicle going by all night long. Stayed on a Sunday night and hardly heard anything during the day when we arrived, but of course there are people anywhere that have to drive their loud trucks or blast music past midnight.

Hotel location was good - close to the museum district and walking distance to some bourbon tasting rooms, restaurants and other attractions. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was nice. They seemed understaffed to handle the weekend demand for breakfast - they were out of coffee for almost an hour, a lot of the food was not restocked, and trash piled up in the waste cans. Parking in the deck next door was expensive but you could come and go as you please.

Was here for 3 nights, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. It was very peaceful and quiet...... staff was very friendly and informative. Housekeeping did a good job of accommodating our every need. Located downtown where all the attractions were in the vicinity.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, with large and very comfortable rooms, but the staff is what makes it special. Richard and Antoine at the front desk always greeted me by name with smiles and kindness. They are great ambassadors for a fine hotel.
