Homewood Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport - Extended stay hotel in Los Angeles - 6151 W Century Blvd, USA

It has a great, modern atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Elevators are very modern with unusual controls. Parking is behind the hotel, and you need your room key to get in and out. You have to tap the location that says hotel instead of the regular pay kiosk. The staff is great, Kathy got us a last-minute room type we needed. It was very great to check in seamlessly after spending all day on a plane and in a car rental line.

My biggest issue with this hotel is the parking! $60/day, even for LA, is ridiculous. They know they got you in a bind because there is no street parking anywhere nearby and they are the only in-and-out option at the garage; so they take advantage of you. Usually, the reason you stay at a Homewood Suites is so you can do your own cooking. They only had frying pans, no pots. No Tupperware for storage. No dishclothes or dish towels. I was very disappointed. The staff made you feel like you were bothering them any time you had a question. Normally I love Hilton hotels, but this time i was extremely disappointed. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is I really liked the room.

Hotel was beautiful, service was impeccable. The only draw back which to me is pretty significant was the room was 85 degrees when we entered and then when we turned the A/C on it only got down to 75. So I was sweating all night. But other than that it was a nice hotel

I’m a Hilton Honors member and I stayed here from 8/19 - 8/21 because my flight with Alaska from LAX to EWR leaving that Monday morning was canceled , but we were able to get a room booked for the 2 nights & it wasn’t bad . Although the following night on 8/19 there was a leak outside in the hallway near my room and it took a day to fix it up. I called Guest Services to file a complaint that there were 2 random bowls sitting outside in the corner of my room door & they were moving so slow to send room service to take care of it , so I had to go tell the front desk staff to send someone up & they finally cleared it up. The room was awesome! Did I forget to mention that there was a random TOENAIL under my bed?! I’m super speechless about that! But otherwise, the stay at Homewood was a 90% stay , and pretty decent.

I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member and had high expectations for my stay at Homewood Suites by LAX Airport. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of the standards I have come to expect from Hilton properties. The surrounding area offers limited dining options, making it difficult to find convenient meals during my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed that my room was not fully stocked with basic amenities, including body soap. I promptly reached out to guest services to request these items, hoping for a quick resolution. However, after two hours and multiple follow-ups, I still had not received the necessary toiletries. This level of service is disappointing and not reflective of the Hilton brand's commitment to guest satisfaction. The lack of responsiveness from the staff, combined with the inconvenience of the location, made my stay less enjoyable. I believe that attention to detail and customer service are crucial, especially for loyal members. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We just had an excellent stay at Homewood near LAX airport!|We visited the coffee shop and restaurant several times and had noteworthy experiences. Katherine was friendly and gave great coffee recommendations, while Yuni and Alfredo were both efficient and personable servers that we really enjoyed.|Mayra in housekeeping did an awesome job cleaning our room and was always hustling, yet smiling, when we would cross paths with her.|Andrew at the front desk was very pleasant when we were checking in, and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. We also saw manager Chris a few times helping staff with questions, and jumping in to assist guests if there was a line forming.|Overall, we enjoyed our trip to LA and a big part of it was having a positive hotel experience. It would be nice if the snack shop prices were more reasonable but other than that it was great to stay at a property with notable service and visible effort from management.

Genuinely the worst breakfast experience of any hotel or motel I’ve ever been in. Went down around 8:15 and there was no dishes or food the entire 30 minutes we were down there. It was genuinely shocking comical watching the reaction of other guests coming down when they saw the “spread” of breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean for the most part. Would not recommend staying here if you have a layover at LAX and eat breakfast.

We stayed here for one night, and we had a really great stay. Checking was easy, I used the app and got my digital key. Got 2 bottle of water at the desk too. Lobby was nicely decorated as well, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and mostly clean, some things looked a little work but it wasn’t too bad. Walked there from the airport and it only took about 10-15min. We did use the shuttle the next morning for the airport, though it did take about 20-25min of waiting to finally get on. Rinaldi’s next door was a great place to grab a bite to eat during the day!
