If you’re looking for a hot shower after a long day you won’t find that here. I had maintenance up twice and they could not get the water warmer than lukewarm. They said one of their boilers was off and it should be better in the morning but there was no change over 3 days. Breakfast was standard and they only have food/drinks in the evening on Wednesday. Rooms were fine and really spacious.

First off the employees that work here were all great! The pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. Price was reasonable. The bad parts: toilet ran the whole time (we did not ask for it to be fixed so I can’t speak to how fast that would have been done), the refrigerator did not work, and the air gave me and my son coughing fits every night. I would not stay here again just because there are so many other options.

Stayed in a 2-queen suite room with a sofa bed in July 2024. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Everything was cleaned to my expectations. The most surprising part of the stay was that the sofa bed was sincerely, truly, and completely not-kidding, very, very comfortable. The best sofa bed I've ever experienced. I didn't even know that a comfortable sofa bed existed until now. The property manager, Shirley, was a pleasure to interact with and seems to be the jewel in the crown. Everyone I interacted with was professional, polite, and helpful. A nice stay.

My expectations for the Hilton brand are high but unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. Let's start with the positives: the lobby was nicely decorated, the staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, and the location was great. There are plenty of dining options nearby and it's conveniently close to the convention center. However, the negatives outweighed the positives. The hotel room had a strong unpleasant odor, suggesting that the carpet and furniture had not been cleaned in quite some time. The decor was outdated and the hallway carpets were in need of a thorough cleaning. The breakfast was extremely poor quality, and I wouldn't even serve it to a dog! It's hard to believe that a hotel can mess up something as simple as breakfast; the meat tasted artificial and cheap, and bacon was never even offered. The pool was tiny, and the pool lounge furniture was dirty. The laundromat seemed like it had never been cleaned. The air conditioner was very loud and I had to turn it off to get a peaceful sleep. The hotel charges an outrageous parking fee for no reason! Despite the room feeling unclean, the size was impressive.

Our stay was very disappointing. Check in went smoothly. On our way up to our room we noticed that the hallways were VERY hot and humid and the air was stale and sour. The carpets throughout the property are very dirty. The carpet in our room was no better. The room did not smell clean at all and the furniture was a little run down. TV stand top was completely detached from the lower half, so if you bumped into it the whole TV would shift. Bed felt cheap and springy. One perk was the ceiling fan right above the bed (even though it randomly clicked throughout the night) Breakfast was okay. Decent selection for a free breakfast. Paying almost $30.00 to park for less than 24 hours was outrageous. I prepaid for the room and wasn’t alerted to the parking fee. Would not stay here again. Ever.

Had a great stay while visiting the Disney Parks. Location is great, plenty is around to eat, and we really enjoyed the pool area. Parking was easy and free since we had a longer stay, rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast was efficient, early and perfect to get us on our way to Parks early. Thanks

Breakfast had minimal options in comparison to other Hiltons Ive stayed at. Rooms were super spacious, but the rooms were a bit hot in my opinion. Really close to food and some of the theme parks.

So many great reviews so I’m disappointed to find that it doesn’t match up irl. There is currently not even warm water- so forget a hot shower- not going to happen. Let the water run for 40 minutes and the temp didn’t change at all. One elevator with a door that gets stuck every-time it opens. No AC in the halls. After a long drive- I don’t even want to stay tonight and wouldn’t return. The staff is really nice though.
