Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg East-Hershey Area - Extended stay hotel in Harrisburg - 3990 Tecport Dr, USA

This Homewood Suites is our go-to hotel when visiting Hershey Park. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is an excellent feature for keeping cold drinks, food for picky toddlers, etc. The staff is always friendly and courteous here! We had wonderful interactions with the staff at the front desk, welcome reception, breakfast, housekeeping and even through the app chat feature. On this particular trip, we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which allowed for even more space for our family to spread out. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly friendly. We happened to be there for the Wednesday evening reception, and the food and drinks were excellent. The staff even went out of their way to explain the options and welcome us in. The drive to Hershey is approximately 15-20 minutes and a very easy drive. Next door is Joe’s Pizza - we get one every time we visit, their Grandmas original pizza is one of our favorites anywhere! Overall wonderful staff, large and comfortable accommodations and great location!

Great breakfast buffet each morning with hot foods and several gluten-free options. Room service was attentive to small details. Kitchen well appointed for cooking meals. Large swimming pool and fitness center are conveniently located adjacent to each other with large picture window for plenty of natural lighting. Hotel is conveniently located near convergence of 3 major highways (I-83, Rt. 322, and PA Turnpike), a shopping center, and several restaurants.

Went with my husband and 1 year old daughter to do the Hershey Christmas activities for the weekend. This hotel was about 20 minutes away but worth a little extra driving to have the 1 bedroom suite, included breakfast, pool, etc. Hotel was clean and everything about our stay went smoothly. The staff were all especially nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay - you can tell they have a good culture within the employees there. Would definitely stay again!

Traveled for a work event with my husband and our labradoodle and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Brian at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean! The area is a business park with plenty of restaurant options. Hotel had plenty of surface lot parking available which was great for our large vehicle. Also, the TV's weren't "locked out" like some hotels and we were able to use our Amazon Firestick which was an added perk for us. Would highly recommend for traveling with a dog. They have designated pet friendly rooms on the first floor. A green space is available with a pet waste receptacle and bags. Our dog likes walks and there is more sidewalk and green space nearby (off hotel property). Kitchen had a nice tile floor, perfect for dog feeding station to keep mess off the carpet. We were very comfortable here and appreciated the accommodations. Many thanks to the Homewood Suites by Hilton!

The room was nice and clean. If you can tell the hotel is kept well. The lady at the front was rude and the food as in the breakfast was mediocre. Also, I’ve been staying here for years and noticed that they got rid of the business center. I don’t understand that because this is outside of that my stay was great plan oh you silly you guys juice and thank you an extended stay hotel and people have to work outside of that. My stay was great.

This was a pretty nice hotel! Definitely could have had a better breakfast, the bacon was very greasy and under and overcooked both! The eggs were not great either! The rooms are pretty nice, and the beds are comfortable but the pillows are too soft! Otherwise I would recommend staying there. It was clean and comfy.

Service was top notch. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean, pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfast had great variety. We will stay here again.

This was our fourth time staying here for an annual event. it is a beautiful facility. Friendly and helpful staff. There are several restaurants within walking distance. While breakfast is still served daily, the evening happy hour is only once a week now. We miss the waffles at breakfast too. Not sure why those aren't offered anymore. We will be back next year.
