Homewood Suites by Hilton Hamilton, NJ - Extended stay hotel in Hamilton Township - 960 US-130, USA

The hotel is great, clean rooms, great breakfast and staff is very polite. The staff in the kitchen great I watched Delores help a child with his waffles. The only complaint is my robe went missing and I haven't gotten it returned so far it's been three days; I'm still here at the hotel and will be here for a while. If I get it back I will write another review.

My family and I recently had a two night stay at this Hamilton, NJ location. We were looking for a hotel conveniently located for my child's soccer tournament. Upon check- in I raised an issue about lights not working and in under 10 minutes someone was at our door to help. I've never had staff attend so quickly. The problem was totally "user error" because the light switch was not in a place I would expect, but the staff was so quick to respond and I really appreciated that. In addition, I asked if we could extend our check-out time by 1 hour because our soccer game time changed and they had no issue giving us the extra hour at no cost. Overall pros: location was fantastic for shopping/eating/ major roads; staff was friendly and accommodating; our 2 bedroom suite was huge and was perfect for our family of 5; and our room even had a recycling bin next to the garbage pail; the hotel was quiet even though there were many guests. The lobby was very nicely decorated and there were nice, cozy places to sit and relax. Overall cons: the breakfast buffet was really not very good. Most of the hot food was cold (and we were down quite early). The furniture in the rooms was dated and the rugs in the room were stained. I can tell the room was clean but the linens and furniture were worn. Our room(#334) overlooked some kind of water or power plant so there was nothing special to see. None of these were an issue for us but it may be relevant details for others.

Stayed here with my family. It was amazing! So accommodating! I called in advanced before booking to request a Pack N Play and they put it in my room before getting there. They also gave us extra blankets! The room was so clean. The breakfast was really good. Room also comes with a pullout couch!. I highly recommend! Gonna book again soon

Hilton Hotels are certainly not what they used to be. Go to the residents, Marriott, down the street. This hotel has seen better days. Lots of wear and tear. In the first room we were in, the bathroom was filthy. There was shower gel, dirt, and blood on the floor. The second room they put us in was a little better, but the bathroom definitely needed recaulking. Mold all around the tub and bathroom floor. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. The table and cabinets were marked up and scuffed badly. And the couch was dirty. We will not be staying here again. I forgot to mention that when I went to check out the pool, there was what appeared to be vomit coming out of a hole in the wall. I'm absolutely sure it was not vomit, but that's what it resembled. I told them about it, but they didn't seem to care. This picture was taken 6 days later.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice our stay was. Luke was great from checking us in, making us aware of all charges, activities, food, etc., to always greeting us whenever he saw us and treated us very well. Melvin in maintenance was such a pleasure during our stay as well! The rooms were very spacious and even on site amenities were great to have. 5 minutes from a plaza with everything you need for food! Great location with great people, will come again!

I have been staying at the Homewood Suites in Hamilton NJ 2-3 days a week for the last 2 weeks for business. I like the freedoms having a kitchen in my room gives me to eat whenever I want and not have to go to a restaurant on my own. The king-size bed is very comfortable and the rolling desk has been useful for doing work. I appreciate the housekeeping on demand instead of everyday. The rooms I've stayed in have been quiet for the most part. The business center qas helpful for last minute printing.|A warm breakfast with coffee to go made my mornings easier. The location near the entrance to a highway perfect. The front desk staff, kitchen staff, and housekeeping staff have all been, without exception, pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I will be staying there for 9 more days over the next three weeks.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed in numerous hotels over the years. This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the folks who took care of breakfast and the Wednesday night social. The room was clean and comfortable. I chose this one because I was in town for 2 weeks straight. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there so I could have dinner in my room instead of going out every night. I have to go back to Robbinsville in the future. You can best bet I will be booking this hotel again.

The property and location overall is nice, but house keeping services are HORRIBLE and there is a MAJOR disconnect between the front desk, housekeeping staff and management. I travel for work a lot, and I'm aware of what entails full cleaning vs half or partial. For 4 days-4 days I have asked for a full service and it has yet to happen. I've called on the phone and I've spoken with front desk personnel in person; each one has said the same thing "we apologize and we will take care of it", yet it was not done. I usually stay at the Residence Inn, but I thought I would try the Homewood this trip. I booked a 3 week stay and was scheduled to return for another 4 1/2 weeks, but moving forward I will advise my Coporate company to steer away from this property due to housekeeping services. Instead of enjoying my weekend, I've been on the phone with corporate and writing this review,
