Homewood Suites by Hilton Hadley Amherst - Extended stay hotel in Hadley - 340 Russell St, USA

This feels like a fairly new hotel - the lobby and our room were immaculate, spacious, with attractive artwork and furnishings. The location is quiet but very conveniently located. The front desk personnel were helpful and professional. An extensive listing of local restaurants was provided. And the breakfast, included in the rate, was terrific -really good fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, muffins…. Overall, a most pleasant stay.

Our son attends Amherst College and the Homewood Suites Hadley has become our preferred home-away-from home when visiting the area. We’ve even had our son stay with us at the hotel when recuperating from knee surgery. The hotel is newer and always immaculate with a spacious lobby and breakfast/meeting area. Workout room and pool are great as well. The staff is friendly, responsive and professional. The rooms are quite large and well furnished and the room pricing is very competitive. Our favorite place to stay!

The Homewood Suites helped us secure some last minute rooms for a few of our customers and everything was great! The staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The features of the room were perfect for what our guests needed. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

I was not informed about the pet fee until I saw it on my bill. They charged me twice when I reported it to the front desk. The employee was very rude to me ( and told me they wouldn’t have charged me twice ..even though they did ) and sent me to her supervisor who intern was even more rude. she told me there was nothing she could do about it to call my bank . She told me that she would need to speak to the woman who checked me in to see if they told me about the pet fee, which I informed her nobody told me about it. She said she would call me back within a few minutes. I am sitting here in the room now it’s been a few hours and nobody has bothered to call me back.) the room smelled and it took them over an hour to bring fresh towels to the room. The location was good but the service here was absolutely horrible.

First time we've stayed here because our favorite hotel was full. What a wonderful surprise -- we'll be staying here when we visit Northampton in the future. The room was huge and very attractively furnished. Very clean, very comfortable. Bathroom included a bathtub; the kitchen area was fully equipped with microwave, stove, big refrigerator, all the dishes, glassware and flatware you might need. We only stayed one night; will enjoy a longer stay next time.

Positive: So many restaurants around. Very new. Clean. The heat worked immediately. Nice snack shop. The bed was very comfortable. No mold or cracks in the bathroom. Very easy check-in and out.

Arianna at the front desk was right - I'd LOVE my room and would enjoy my stay! The building is clean, well kept, offers a large dining room to eat or lounge in. The front desk has a small but well stocked 'store' in case you're looking for a snack OR if you forgot to pack something- this was a nice touch. The room has a great layout and has all the amenities you'd need for a short or long stay. If you need or want to explore - the hotel is located conveniently in a plaza that has a number of offerings from a market to fast food. Can't say enough good things about my stay here. You'll be comfortable and will enjoy your time at the Homewood Suites.

Our visitors chose this hotel, and I spent time there and was impressed. I don't like hotels and motels, generally, but I enjoyed this one. It's also been one of the best of the places they have stayed in so far in Hadley. I didn't rate the service because I didn't stay here, but my visitors had very few complaints.
