Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth-North at Fossil Creek - Extended stay hotel in Fort Worth - 3701 Tanacross Dr, USA

We arrived after driving for 8 hours and just exhausted. We had two king suites and both have no AC... 76 in one room and the other was 78. I have an infant so that's not going to work. And the pool is so dirty so it's closed... The phone was also unplugged and just sitting on the table. So we called the front desk and they said that they haven't heard of any ac issues (reading reviews I now know that's not true) so we were offered two rooms a couple floors up. We exit the one and only working elevator to the strong smell of tuna. Already turned away from that but we decided okay we need to see this room we walk up and the dogs next door were barking so badly... we expressed since I have an infant and two small children that won't work. They said they have one more room that's by the elevator. We declined and went next door and got a beautiful room with working AC and pool. The staff was kind.

You’ll be lucky if you have a room that didn’t have something wrong. Our bedroom suite the stove was cracked. Then front desk, the only helpful person was the lady that worked day shifts. Housekeeping came every other day and you’ll be lucky if that even happens. You constantly have to remind front desk of things needed such as towels. I asked for an extra pillow for my girls and the front desk guy said “let me track one down”. Then when I checked again, it was a different guy. So when they change shifts, they don’t communicate at all. Another room we got the AC didn’t work. Then the other room we had the toilet stop flushing where you had to remove the lid to pull inside just to have it flush. We had a total of 3 rooms. Poor service aside from the lady that works day shift. She’s probably the only lady that works front desk there.

Our room was horrible. Large crack in one of the showers and the tub leaked water onto the floor. The carpet was dirty and ripped. Housekeeping left the dishes in the dishwasher. Only 1 elevator worked and we were told by another guest and not staff. The hallways were hot and funky! We were in our room less than 5 minutes and was told we couldn’t get a refund. The neighborhood was very sketchy!! This hotel makes the Hilton brand look bad!

We strive to always look for the positive side of anything. I am a hilton diamond member meaning we stay at hiltons quite often. This has to be the lowest one I have been to with the Brand tagged on it. The rooms smelled horrible, carpet worn and damaged floors all around. I am not sure why this hotel for the brand has not been remodeled. Everything we passed to get to our room was sketchy, smelly, damaged and had weird vibe. For the cost we paid to stay here, I would not recommend this hotel unless they do a better job bringing it back to life.

Was in town for soccer game. The room was clean. Nice service at front desk very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only bad thing is needs to be repaired and upgraded due to the fact it is a Hilton

Less than impressed with this Hilton. Everything is outdated and didn't feel clean. The free breakfast was disappointing even though the one worker was trying hard to keep everything stocked up. The hallways are hot and there is only one working elevator that's old and takes forevvvver. We checked in digitally and picked our room, but when we got there, our room was taken and we had to stay in a different room. We had a suite but the ac didn't work for both rooms, so to keep one room tolerable, the other room had to be freezing cold. The pull out couch was junk and wasn't furnished with any bedding. The mattress was not anything I felt ok with sleeping on because it was so dirty and old. The couch and carpet were stained and dingy and the bathtub was incredibly gross. Don't recommend this place for future potential guests.

I should have read all these bad reviews, because they were right. This place is pretty dirty and outdated, especially for the price. The bottoms of our feet are black after walking around in our room. Our whole floor reeked of bad weed. At least the bathroom and kitchen seemed somewhat clean visually. We had an emergency HVAC issue at our house and this was the closest Hilton property that wasn't sold out... Hilton homewood should be embarrassed putting their name on this property. The area around this hotel is not great, but we knew this when we chose this location. All the hotels are surrounded by fences with gates that close after hours, so at least they have a deterrent for car break-ins.

This place is run down, the hall smelled like urine, you have to practically beg for your room to be cleaned, there are shady characters around all the time, and none of the equipment in the fitness room works. The breakfast is decent, the employees just don’t seem to care. I won’t stay there again.
