Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth-Bedford - Extended stay hotel in Bedford - 2401 Airport Fwy, USA

Positive: We had stayed here previously and knew to request a room on the back side away from the road traffic. Staff was completely understanding and gave us a room in an excellent location. Breakfast was more than expected and all food was a good quality. Negative: It seemed the hotel did not have a sufficient supply of towels for the number of guests present on a few nights of our week long stay. We reused towels, but would have like fresh towels after a few days without asking multiple times.

Nous avons séjourner à cette hôtel pour deux nuits ( août 2024). Nous sommes des très grands voyageurs et toujours ou presque dans des Homewood. Mais celui-ci est le pire que j'ai vue. Le service est médiocre, les chambres sont mal entretenu et l'odeur...||Quand nous sommes arrivés à hôtel pour notre " Check-in" la chambre n'était pas prête, malgré la politique de Check-in 15h. Nous l'avons finalement eu à 16h55. Durant notre attente, les cafetière du loby était vide.||Une fois dans la chambre rien ne fonctionnait, la plaque de cuisson, le lave-vaisselle, le broyeur et la lumiere dans la cuisine et nous avons demander à changer de chambre et une fois encore le delais a ete tres long, car supposémemt aucune chambre n'était disponible et pas propre.||La nouvelle chambre était très mal entretenu, mais les appareils électroménagers fonctionnaient, ce qui était pour nous une priorité vue que nous voyageons avec 4 enfants.||Lors de notre séjour, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyer et les serviette n'ont pas été changé. Nous l'avons dit à la réception, mais supposémemt les serviette était dans la secheuse... même à la piscine il n'avait pas dr serviette disponible.||En plus du service médiocre, lors de notre départ la gérante ( Atheaa Majeed) était supposé nous offrir un dédommagement vue que nous sommes membre Hilton. Voilà que nous avons rien reçu et elle ne répond même pas à nos courriel.|Ne vous faites pas avoir demander un remboursement.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with my family. Rooms have been renovated recently. New bathrooms and kitchen counters. Cabinets and doors have just been painted over. Cabinet doors, bathroom doors and bedroom doors wouldn’t close properly. Suite was huge and had plenty of room. Lack of bathroom towels the entire stay. When I would go to the front desk to ask for more towels it was always the same answer. We don’t have any bathroom towels, but we have pool towels. Seriously? A homeless person was always on the back stairwell inside the hotel. Always asked me and my teenage kids if we had cigarettes. She would stick a rock inside the door to prop it open. She was at the pool one night asking for a cigarette. I reported it twice to the front desk, but nothing seemed to be done about it. Breakfast was okay. Nothing to write home about. Juice was always served out of a pitcher and not very cold. Soap dispenser never worked in the lobby bathroom. The place has a lot of potential if someone would just pay attention to the details. As a diamond member I’ve stayed in numerous Hilton properties and this property was just average. Should not run out of bath towels and should show some concern if your guests are being constantly asked for a light or cigarette while on property.

Initially the hotel looks welcoming and nice but once you’re in the room you notice all the things. Our room, 128, smelled smoked in, the carpet was horrible (sticky to bare feet), one remote for three tvs, closet doors off track, no waste can in the main area. The sink was slow to drain. The toilet was a very slow flush and you had to hold the handle. Beautiful location and hotel - it’s sad to see it in this condition. The lobby is nice and breakfast was good. The staff I saw seemed friendly.

Worst hotel experience. Not enough bedding or towels. Music in hall all night which could be heard in the room. Stayed 4 nights, room was never cleaned. Room did not have bedding supplies for pull out couch. Asked at front desk and told it was probably stolen. Was given what looked like a thin, rough mattress protector for a blanket by desk staff. No pool towels, had to chase down housekeeping to get towels. After swimming asked for more towels so we could shower. Was told there were NO CLEAN TOWELS in the entire hotel. Talked to front desk every day. Continually assured things would be taken care of. Room was never cleaned.

Decent hotel and friendly staff! Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately the pool was insanely over crowded one night and the next day was DISGUSTING! Floating stuff, dirty color. Kids were disappointed because we booked it to be able to swim and I immediately made them get out. A bigger pool would be perfect. They do have a basket ball court but it was trashed from the people the night before as well.

Worst Homewood I've ever stayed! When I checked in, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes before the feontdesk person showed up. The room looks okay. The bed looks someone just slept on it. You can tell the mattress looks worn-out. The couch is so old and dirty the I wouldn't want to sit on it. The kitchen are looks okay. The floor looks very dirty and looks like it's never been washed. There was no bottle water in the room. When I went downstairs to ask for water, she told me they sell it $3. As a Gold member and (recently downgraded feom Diamond) I was very disappointed and told her its okay. She keeps telling me h9w close I was retaining my Diamond status. As a frequent Hilton guest, it's disappointing. I hardly had a sleep as the mattress was so bad and had grooves. If you want to have a good night sleep and a good customer service, find a better place. Motel 6 might have a better bed than this one

Positive: Very clean Negative: The elevator needs to be fixed. It?s loud and honestly a little scary. We took the stairs when we could. Waffles seems to be the most popular thing at breakfast at hotels and there is only one for a hotel full of people.
