Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Myers Airport/FGCU - Extended stay hotel in Fort Myers - 16450 Corporate Commerce Way, USA

The staff of Homewood Suites are always welcoming and considerate to make my stay being one of feeling at home among family! From the front desk staff to housekeeping and maintenance staff to tge concierge staff and especially the kitchen staff of Denia, Rafael, and Estrella, all are organized, hospitable, and accommodating. They all do their work professionally and with welcoming smiles and greetings. The food is great as well. Breakfast and the Social Hour on Wednesday evenings are always well prepared and ready to go on time. I especially enjoy when bacon is available for breakfast. My only wish would be to bring back the occasional occurrence of biscuits and gravy back to the breakfast menu. ||When I had an occasion to go back to my home in Texas and then return to Homewood Suites, I received a “Welcome Back” greeting from a number of members of the staff and by my name from several of them. I’ve actually been staying here since last November and Terry of the concierge drivers asked out of curiosity this past week as to how long I would continue to be here. His remark after I answered “to mid October,” was to say “You’re like family here!”||Overall, it’s all been experience and very much like I have enjoyed at other Home 2 Suites and Homewood Suites in other towns over the past 7 years or so.|It’s why I continue to come back to the Hilton family of hotels.

Breakfast staff Denia, Estrella and Rafphael were excellent and the breakfast was hot and plentiful, variety of choises. Breakfast room was clean and comfortable. Barb at the front desk was very professional and had me checked in quickly. good location for foodies with plenty places to choose from for lunch or dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable

If you're looking for a hotel where you can feel right at home this is the place. Once upon our arrival on August 2nd at 6pm, we were provided shuttle to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel and the gentleman (Joseph i believe was his name) who was at the front desk welcomed us in with a friendly smile and warm greeting. He also informed us about breakfast hrs for each day of our stay. Our room was very clean and quite. Sooo peaceful, just what we need after a long flight. Next morning we headed out to the grab some breakfast and get our morning started. Gosh let me tell you this... the staff is so friendly and the food is so good. Nothing over done nor under cooked. Thank you Denia, Rafael and Estrella for for putting all your love in preparing our every morning meals. With such care and joy you guys made sure we found our food just fine. But it was more than fine. We appreciate you guys' hard work specially with the crazy weather and ugly visit from the tropical storm Debbie. We also want to thank Maria from housekeeping, she's such a sweetheart, she always had a smile on her face and greeted us good morning with so much happiness. Thank you Homewood suites for hiring your staff wisely from the shuttle drivers, the front desk, kitchen staff, and house keeping. Thank you so so much !

Best part of the stay is breakfast. Denia, Rafael and Estrella were super friendly, made sure the place was clean and food was prepared perfectly. Picked up plates from the sitting area with a smile. |The pool was perfect, the water was excellent. It was quite and for the holiday weekend.

We stayed at this hotel and the experience was excellent, great customer service, especially by Denia Collazo, my husband dropped a clip with significant amount of cash, she noticed and ran to us to return it, what a great act of honesty. There are still good people in this world. Thanks For a great stay, will recommend 100%

So thankful for Tim's help with my luggage. A true gentleman. And the front desk worker was helpful as well. My room is clean and smells great. Looking forward to staying here for work. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my coworkers. 🙂

Overall it is a decent place .. it's definitely clean and tidy. ... The service is not at its best .. if you are not asking or saying any word to the personal working in here... They will not even know you are there. When I walked in the first time I waited for someone in the lobby for 20 min . Not a single hello or hi .. or how can I help... So definitely not the Hotel strength ... They could do away better. Overall it was fine .

This place is very clean and meticulous! The staff at the breakfast, every morning, was very helpful, kind and friendly 😊 The staff was always tending to guests making sure their stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The beds and room were clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The WHOLE staff was great all around!!! Will definitely stay here again!
