I'm not one to throw 5 stars lightly. This place is the best. Friendly staff, rooms are great and big. Kitchenette is really nice. Location is really great too, this place conveniently located but also on a dead end-ish street so it's really low on ambient noise outside. Will absolutely stay here again.

Old style hotel, room was comfort enough to enjoy for 3 people. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and fitness are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Are clean and safe. Everything what you need close to the hotel, you can reach just by walking. Enjoyed to staying in this hotel.

Bothered at receiving a note under my door every 4 days that they have the right to enter a room, upon will, every 4 days. Guests should not be subjected to this harassment. Good breakfast. Poor eats during the social event. Excellent location for the surrounding area.

I have been here on and off for several months. I have had some issues but let it go. House keeping could be better. Showers not cleaned with every clean. Constantly found hair on the linens. And even had sugar ants and stayed during remodel. I never complained or gave staff a hard time. I try to be empathetic and understanding. However, the experience I had with Sara at the counter tonight takes the cake. She was so rude and condescending. Apparently, I shouldn’t be able to check in the app despite me doing it several times before with no issues! Because of that she gave me such a hard time. I won’t go into the details but It’s so unfortunate that she treats customers the way she does. And btw the security deposit is now $100 not $50.

Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with reservations. My confirmed room was cancelled with no notice and was only told upon arrival. Was on hold in lobby for nearly 3 hours with the only resolution offered was pay more money bc the management decided not to honor the rate I booked or find a place to stay elsewhere! Unacceptable and incredibly disappointing

Our family of 4 took a last-minute summer getaway to Fort Myers Beach. The check in process was easy, upon entering the room there was a slight musty smell, turned up the air in hopes it would get better. In the Livingroom my daughter picked up 4 brown liquid filled capsules that someone left behind, obviously the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes.||We took our girls out to the pool area, the pool towels have to be requested from the front desk and look like pieces of rags, The pool hadn't been cleaned; it was green with black mold on the surface of the edges. || There were guests smoking marijuana & cigarettes clearly where there were no smoking signs, not to mention playing loud and vile music by the pool area where there were young children. The front desk staff didn't seem to have any interest expect being on their phones.

So comfortable room with full kitchen. Courtesy and friendly staff, great location in the correr of Bel Tower with stores, restaurants and cinema walking distance. Good food, but the food can have more variety, including the Wednesday social activity.

Quite possibly the BEST (suite) hotel I have stayed in. Lost 1 star ... inadequate size rubbish bins in the kitchens. No scrub brush to wash dirty dishes. Staff need their own elevator. Breakfast excellent!
