Homewood Suites by Hilton Fayetteville - Extended stay hotel in Fayetteville - 1305 N Palak Dr, USA

We had a slumber party here and it was the best decision! The room was clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was good. I slept on the couch (I didn't pull out the bed), and it was comfortable. My only complaint is that the pool water was not very clean... We will probably do this again! Actually, we definitely will!

Clean rooms and pleasant staff. Hot and cold breakfast options. Checkout was 12 noon which was nice. The shower door was broken, no way to turn on the water without getting sprayed with water. The indoor pool was freezing.

I have been going to this hotel for the last few years the same time july /aug 2 week stays . I called today as i have been trying to book my 2 rooms as every year ,started to try to book since nov but kept saying sold out for the whole year of 2024 so i figured the site wouldn't update till 2024 so i been trying since jan .so today i call i wish i got the name of the very rude person i spoke to as i told her i think something is wrong with there site .when she got very rude with me saying we block rooms for walmart employees and this is the way it is every year ,i said but all your room are book for the whole year there must be something wrong then i told her i been going there for years and never had this problem before she told me it is the way it is so you better find anther hotel. so i did but very disappointed and now i will not be looking at hilton hotels as a first choice again.

we had a great stay . everthing was perfect. after checking out we realized our rental car battery was dead. the manager at front desk organized a jump start for us great service and also a great breakfast

This is a nice hotel in the perfect location for a visit to the University of Arkansas. It was just fine except that they need to replace their linens. My sheets had holes in them and my comforter was stained which kind of grossed me out. The room was clean otherwise and very spacious

Nice amenities, but it's the staff that deserve the high praise. They were super friendly and helped me with a credit card issue and when I had to check out early. I even talked with the GM at breakfast. As someone who teaches corporate communi action college classes, I noticed he went out of his way to genuinely talk to his staff at all levels. Well done Homewood Suites. 👏

Very friendly staff but overall a good experience! For the price it wasn't bad at all. They were very friendly and the morning crew did an outstanding job! The breakfast was decent and they made sure that you were taken care og, I will definitely stay again!
