Awful experience! We stayed here 8/21/24 -8/8/25/24 and the condition of the hotel almost ruined our romantic birthday getaway. Everything was in disrepair!! The pool was out of service when we arrived, elevators were broken, and our TV didn't work the entire visit with no care or compensation. I searched for a hotel with breakfast and parking. The breakfast was too salty so we still had to buy breakfast elsewhere and the location was further away from Napa than I envisioned. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and stay in Napa. ..the place is not worth the disappointment and can ruin your trip. When I called the front desk to discuss these issues we were informed the manager's weren't in and would address. Well we're back home and still waiting. The cleaning staff were nice.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Props to Alex for helping with the computer. Christine worked hard in the kitchen and was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the opportunity to use the dining area after breakfast for our family reunion lunch and gathering. What was a disappointment was having the front elevators broken. We had 3 elderly family members that had difficulty having to walk down the hall to the rear elevator or having to climb up and down the stairs. Also, both ice machines were broken.

It’s clean, which is enough to get it three stars. It should have been a better stay. We felt like there was something a little off or busted with most things. The room. Typical one bedroom king. The microwave worked but it’s frame is broken, the water in the bathroom sink has a very strong sulfur smell (oddly the shower and kitchen sink did not have an odor), there aren’t enough utensils, cookware, etc. to get full use of the kitchen, the furniture and tv are dated. But, again, clean. ||The front desk was unhelpful 2/3 of the time. I write that because for the first two nights they were unable find pool towels, bottle openers, or the room we actually booked. Hilton gives you option of pre-booking your room. In every case I noticed (four, including mine) this hotel booked its customers into rooms they didn’t want. One wanted to be away from the elevator, for example, and we booked a room away from the pool. We stayed across from the pool and the other guest was next to the elevator. Don’t offer it if you can’t deliver. However, the front desk staff on the Friday we stayed was awesome. Found towels and a bottle opener. ||The “market” is under stocked for a hotel with guest kitchens. Additionally, the wine selection was poor (one dessert white and two reds) for a hotel so close to Napa. The pool is nice and was clean during our stay. The dog walk area was a soggy muddy mess. There’s been no rain so I’m assuming they have a significant leak. ||We wanted it to be a better “Hilton” experience. It wasn’t.

We reserved a wheelchair accessible 1 bedroom suite and found that not only were there multiple maintenance issues in our room, the room was not truly accessible. There was no wheel in shower. The staff provided a stool which is great but then they had no wand for the shower. As for accessibility, our daughter could get to the bathroom and in and out of the suite but she could not navigate the bedroom because her wheelchair did not fit between the dresser and the beds. We complained to the General Manager as well as the assistant manager with no resolution. They have refused to make changes to their rooms and have failed to offer any remedy at all. If you need a room with light bulbs, shampoo, and soap don't stay here. If you are a wheelchair user definitely don't stay here!!! If you want to pay $1200 for 3 days and get treated like crap..by all means, this is ur place!

Arrived here from a long trip, late and tired. Front desk lady greeted me and had my room ready. Everything was going good until incidental charges needed to be settled. $392 dollars for incidentals, OK this is a business trip booked through a travel agency. The card used to book the room is a virtual card and, is the same card to charge for other expenses like INCIDENTALS. I even have an email stating that the card on file that booked the room should be used for incidentals. The front desk advise me that you have to physically swipe the card and cannot enter manually, "Hilton protocol". My brain is telling me that you have THE card on file that was sent to book the room virtually cannot have a hold placed for the $400 incidental charges? And keep this in mind...I checked in 05/16 and I check out 05/17 so, $392 for 2 nights. I know it's a hold but this is a business trip that the company I work for pays. If I didn't have my company credit card and showed up and didn't have the funds to hold then what? I'd be sleeping in my truck. I'm a very frequent traveler for my job and I am a Hilton honors member so I feel very upset at the outcome tonight brought.

Despite my explicit requests for room service on two separate occasions, our room was not cleaned during our stay. While the hotel lobby was well-maintained and the staff was courteous and friendly, I observed housekeeping personnel in the hallway and received fresh towels. It is worth noting that the hotel displays a notice in the vanity area indicating that rooms are cleaned on an alternate day basis.

I loved it here! It was a such a great location. I loved that it was in what looked like a business area. There was no busy traffic it wasn’t too far from Starbucks or freeway. I had a king study suite and it was perfect for me and my kiddos. I will definitely stay again.

I'm giving you'll a 1 star because we came down stairs to eat breakfast at 8:50am . If it's over at 9... Why TF would ALL the hot food be EMPTY? We paid money to stay here and enjoy it and we didn't get any food. there should be food!!! y'all ruined our stay here. Messed up our experience, not coming back.. my kids were disappointed as well. Gonna have to post about this experience in YELP. and social medias..
