Great stay with the family for a weekend. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety. And best part is the rooms were clean and spacious. The shops and restaurants right downstairs were a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our visit to nearby Sojo spa. Hotel is nice but rather expensive. Could use some updating , especially the bathroom and TV. Overall a decent place to stay. Plenty of dining and shopping across the street which was convenient. Staff were friendly. Rooms were decent size

My two friends and I stayed at this hotel from Nov 30-Dec 4th. The facility is clean, the staff is very friendly, and it is located in a great location, given that there is a bus that takes you directly to Central NYC. However, after such a great stay, we were put in the WORST situation. We thought we can trust the front desk receptionist with the booking of a regular taxi to the airport, but to our surprise we were given a luxury taxi(which was exponentially more expensive!!). We, then had no choice but to go with the luxury taxi as we needed to get to the airport on time. We were told that the manager would get back to us on how we can get compensated, but we never received that call or any sort of apology to this day. So for anyone else who stays here, please book your own taxi ( the front desk can provide you that number ) because it is not worth the extra $$$ and was not the way we wanted to end what was a such a great trip.

Please train your housekeeping staff to treat the guests the way they wanted to be treated. I accidentally left my passport book and card in the safe inside my room. I forgot to remove it when my friend and I checked out on 11/06/2023. I called afternoon on the day of and spoke to a front desk staff and was informed that the housekeeping supervisor has left for the day. Then I called the morning of Tuesday and was told the housekeeping supervisor hasn’t reported yet and I will get a call back. No call back, so I made a call again in the afternoon. I was informed no item has been retrieved from the safe and surrendered. My fellow guest confirmed to me that the passport was indeed inside the safe. The front desk staff was helpful when I called the second time, but unfortunately she confirmed no item was found inside the safe. I just can’t understand why there are people out there that will keep items that they found, more importantly personal documents. You use hotel services thinking that your stay there is safe including your items and documents will be treated as such. But apparently not. It’s such a shame lesson learned.

Superbe accueil, chambre spacieuse , équipements très appréciés en famille, bons déjeuners, personnel chaleureux et efficace. Je suis très heureuse de mon séjour et je suis vraiment satisfaite de mon choix. Quelle surprise d'avoir cette vue de notre chambre!!! 25 minutes maximum de bus pour aller à Time Square. Super emplacement!

Loved this place. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, location was great, and room was perfect for a 4-night stay. Also saved up on breakfast since it’s included and view of the city was great from afar!

Me and my partner had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights prior our cruise. From the moment we stepped into reception we were made to feel so welcomed. The lady behind the desk was lovely and so so helpful. She had a great personality. Our room had a fantastic view of the Hudson and manhatton skyline. The room itself was very clean and spacious. We were shocked how spacious it was to be honest as other places in New York were half the size. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was so so comfy. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Loads of choice and loads of seating too. The local area is great with loads of restaurants on your doorstop. We went to a lovely Thai restaurant that was really fairly priced too. Thank you ofr a lovely stay!

Stayed here for one week with the family sharing a suite. All the staff at the hotel have been very kind & made us feel at home from the beginning. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed, were clean & the breakfast was also great. Overall the hotel is a great value, being conveniently located only a 30 minutes bus ride from Times Square/Manhattan. Edgewater, the area, where the hotel is located is very peaceful and nice too. Right next to the hotel, one can find some shops as well as restaurants & within only a 15 minutes walk groceries store.
