Stayed for business trip and the room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. The heat stayed on through the day so I always came back to a nice warm room. The pool was spacious and clean so I had a great time there. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hot. The staff was so friendly and courteous. It was an amazing stay. 10/10 would come here again!

Hotel sits in a quiet area off the beaten path a bit. My selected room was not available, but was upgraded to another room. |The one bedroom suite did have a door to adjoin to the adjacent suite, which would be convenient for anyone with a larger family, especially if needing an extended stay. The room appeared, clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were notably soft. The selection of television channels was better than most Marriott brand hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was what you would expect for a free breakfast at most hotels however, I wish the hot water for tea would not always taste like coffee. It ruins the flavor of your tea. I would stay there again.

I have an upcoming trip to this hotel for a long weekend. I used to live in New Jersey and now reside in Florida. (My family and I have a lot of experience in booking and staying in hotels) So far the customer service has been amazing. My situation was a little bit complex so I decided to call ahead to make sure everything would be organized the way I needed it to be. Towanda was extremely polite and very hasty in helping me. She knew exactly what I needed without me having to explain myself too much. She was able to accommodate my situation very quickly. I'm looking so forward to my stay! I haven't even gotten there yet and I know I'm going to love it. Thank you so much to Towanda for the exceptional customer service. It's always great to have a trip that you look forward to rather than something that you'll be dreading!

Positive: Staff is great! Hotel location is nestled in quiet location but shopping mall is across highway. Hotel is clean our suite was clean. We spent a week here and enjoyed the pool, breakfast, well stocked hotel store and can¿t thank STAFF enough. Negative: We had baby & toddler and would have appreciated Milk in store.

Bed bugs...there were bed bugs in my room, and I was bitten around 20 times. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. I stayed for about 10 days. I will say that the staff were great. They moved me quickly to another room. The compensation I was provided was $10 of quarters to wash my clothes and points for one free stay at a Hilton property.

All I can say is it has been a LONG time since I have checked into a hotel and been greeted by someone as nice and accommodating as Tawanda. This woman made me feel like I was Mr. Hilton from the get-go, she went far beyond my expectations of helping me check in quickly so I could catch the free happy hour after a long day on the road. If I lived nearby and had a business I would definitely try to recruit her. The hotel has been kept up nicely, the happy hour was nice and the location is quite easy. For business travelers it checks all of the boxes.

Great experience. The facility was clean, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly, and all the amenities were as advertised. I definitely enjoyed my stay and will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Amazing place to stay! Was looking at the other reviews just now. I usually read reviews beforehand and not after but because it was an emergency situatuion I just checked into any hotel near me. The bad reviews do no reflect this hotel!!!!! Literally every single employee from housekeeping to manager are so sweet! Very clean the suite!! Very attentive staff! Very comfortable and it literally feels like a home and staff makes you feel like your family!! Christine, Tahj, rich, and the guy that work front desk in the morning, his name might be Ed, and the rest of staff I ecountered are amazing! I would mention all names if I knew them because they very much deserve to know how great of a job they do!
