I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Homewood Suites for over 30 nights since the beginning of this year. All of the staff at the Homewood Suites go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome, but Beth at the front desk is exceptionally attentive, professional, and incredibly kind! I can’t recommend the Homewood enough, and I look forward to many more visits in the future!

Update: On my most recent stay in this area (Diamond Elite), I found the front desk service to be argumentative, belligerent, and combative. Bottled water for Elite is not difficult. Working front desk and being friendly is not too much to ask. One of my nicer experiences with Homewood Suites/Hilton. It’s obvious that management cares about the employees and the hotel. The employees are professional. This hotel is conveniently located by stores, entertainment, and restaurants.

The only complaint I had with my hotel room is the mattress was terrible and the lights are too dim in the area where the sink and mirror is located. Please upgrade your mattresses to the ones they use at Marriott. I swear it felt like I was sleeping on rocks. And thank God I didn’t need the mirror for anything enclose up because I wouldn’t have been able to see well at all. But honestly that was it. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel. It was also in a great location. Please change the mattresses so I can stay again.

Had to order $100 Uber from airport because the shuttle refused to come back and pick us up. We loved the stay until we had to spend an unnecessary amount of $ for an Uber when the shuttle would have been free. We planned on frequenting here for every airport trip but will be staying somewhere else from now on. Wasted our time when we called in advance just for them to call back 5 minute later with just a “sorry our driver is done for the night”- then after we already paid for the $100 Uber, the shuttle drove right by us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. One night, one of the employees was hiding in the back rather than standing at the desk so I took away a star. Overall though, the employees were thoughtful and helpful. The hotel room was very nice.

DOES NOT HAVE COMP PARKING They provide free shuttle to airport & have inside comp parking per website. You can’t actually leave you car & take the airport shuttle b/c they will tow your car! We were flying back/forth same day & told we couldn’t leave the car for 10 hrs or we would be towed! option to pay extra isn’t available at this location. No help given by the front desk or 888# Rep whom acted like she couldn’t hear me & hung up on me after I had waited 15 minutes! False advertising and unhelpful staff! Choose Hyatt or Homewood maybe they will let you park there!

I would love to give this hotel a five star review, but their front desk receptionist who was working the morning of 6/9/24 Who had a lace front wig on, wears glasses and refused to give me her name, was extremely rude. We have stated this location multiple times and actually for an extended period of time over 30 days in the past. We love this hotel, which is why we chose to come back when our air conditioner went out at our home. We had several thousand points built up to cover a few of our nights and then we were also paying out of pocket for some as well. If I wasn’t pleased from the first go round, I wouldn’t have returned. My older son who is 13 went to get breakfast with my younger son and was down there for a minimum of five minutes and I told him to ask the front desk if we could have service since this was our second night and when he proceeded to ask the front desk, lady she then began to try and discipline my child by telling him he couldn’t be down there by himself getting breakfast all because my five year old Drop some whip cream on the floor… This was on the tile floor and it was 3 to 4 drops that could’ve easily been wiped up. At that point, she embarrassed my children and I had another guest come up to me and apologize for the hotels actions. She didn’t proceeded to call my room which my mother answered the phone and began to raise her voice and talk to my mother like she was a child herself. At that point, I got my stuff and I went up to the front desk and when she came out from behind the door… Because they’re never upfront waiting for anyone. I asked her if she was the one that spoke with my children, and she then became immediately. Defensive and then I asked her for her name and she refused to give me that and then because I asked her for her name. She told me she was going to call security. 😂 At that point, the housekeeping manager came out and spoke to me Luisa and she is so so so sweet. She remembers my family as we come frequently and so does the housekeeping employees. They were waving and speaking to us during our stay. As I was explaining what was going on to Louisa, the other employee began to talk over her basically stating that I’m a liar and was huffing and puffing, and just being unprofessional. At one point, Louisa had to tell her she had it. I’m not for sure who pissed in the employees Cheerios prior to her getting to work, but it definitely wasn’t me and if she’s gonna work in customer service, she has to be able to deal with any type of customer whether it’s an upset customer, whether it’s a customer, whether it’s a frustrated customer, at any point. She definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service based off her actions this morning. The fact that she got so defensive of me, just literally asking her what happened and what her name was shows me that she had a guilty conscience and she knew exactly what she did was wrong. She didn’t have the nerve to yell out loud that I don’t have to stay at her hotel.… Last time I checked was Hilton’s hotels not hers and I am a customer who has a Hilton honor account and I don’t expect it to be treated this way. She didn’t proceeded to go hide behind the little door and continue to run her mouth and call me a liar. I’m not really for sure if the front desk goes through any type of training, but they really need to be trained on how to be professional and how to handle situations so therefore it can be resolved all around trying to argue and be ugly to hotel guest. I really hope the next time we choose to come back this is not a problem. Everyone else at the hotel has been so sweet so nice and always was even during our first stay last summer and feel like this needs to be addressed and she needs to be held accountable for her actions.

First of all 5 stars for this hotel. It's so clean, so friendly, and safe. Ok now if you are still reading, know this. I've stayed at a few hotels the last 3 years and this hotel is the best from Galveston to Branson. This hotel was top notch. It was clean coming in to the desk, all the common areas were clean, the hall ways, the elevators. This hotel was spic and span. The room was magnificent. We had a 1 king suite with sofa bed and it was pristine. Everything worked. Clean linen, beautiful bathroom. Fantastic stay. We went in on Friday February 2nd at 9 pm and the employees at the desk were amazing. I didn't get names. But they were so nice and welcoming with me and my family. I read multiple hotel reviews before I stay in a hotel, so use this review as your review to stay here. Breakfast was very good and very abundant, they kept it fresh and full. We never had to wait for anything it was fantastic as well. Bravo Homewood and Hilton. This stay was amazing. This is not a paid review. I was just blown away by this fantastic hotel
