The front desk staff was polite. That's about the only plus. The room was awful. The upholstery on the couch was shredded. The floor in the bathroom was covered in hair. No hooks in the bathroom as they were broken. While booked for a 5 night stay, we cancelled after our first night and moved to the embassy suites close by. A huge difference. Night and day

A great place to stay! Tom checked us in and was wonderful. I enjoy the follow up message to see how the room is and provide additional information about housekeeping in writing. The breakfast is good, a nice variety and the waffle bar is fully stocked with fun toppings. The room is clean (no random hairs in the shower or on the bed is always a huge plus!!) and cozy.

The service provided when I walked in was pleasant and helpful. Lobby seemed to be in clean and organized order. Do note a $75 incidental fee will be applied during check-in (possibly per day, only stayed one night). Upon walking into the room I was a little thrown off by open draws and and couch partially pulled out, but this may be the hotel's way of saying, all checked and clean.....and yes, the room seemed clean, but is decorated in dark colors, which made the white comforter, pillows and sheets stand out in the room. Should one be staying awhile, the kitchen has a stove top, dishwasher, sink and apt. sized refrigerator; along with some plates, silverware, pots, etc.....plus a table with two chairs. The lotion is in a pump attached to the wall by the sink, while a bar of soap and makeup wipe was next to the sink. In the shower, one will find pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - all ZERO/o. A desk with a chair the rolls and swivels is across from the oddly placed TV that is bolted to the chest of drawers. The distant one would need to drive to get back onto I-25 is minimal and an easy drive. If nothing else, stay so that you enjoy the complimentary breakfast! It was one of the best I have seen: cut fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk, cran-apple juice, orange juice, sausage patties, hashbrowns, cereal, waffles with many toppings, oatmeal, and a breakfast burrito bar (tortillas, scrambled eggs, smoked pulled chicken, salsa, sour cream, cheese and other fixings), plus hot sauce, ketchup packets. Ample parking around the building.

We were there for a softball tournament for my daughter. I opted out of the team hotel block and went with the Homewood instead, still booked by the tournament travel agent. I am a Hilton Diamond and try to always stay with a Hilton brand.||The hotel was great - the staff was good, especially Tom (I think this is his name) at the front desk. Tom got us a nice room at the end of hall and it was very quiet. Away from elevators and the hotel traffic.||The hotel is located in a great location.||My only concern is that the breakfast at this Homewood was downright awful. One day the hotel repurposed several days worth of potatoes (roasted, schreds, french fries) into a mix. The french fries were ridiculous add to the mix. I mean, come on. This is really silly, and I have to question the person who made this call. Seriously? ||Cereal only seemed to be available if you got there early - once they were out, they were out. It was cups of cereal. Mostly it was Kellogs sugar cereals; There were onlu a couple Cheerios or Honey Cheerios each day - when gone, it was gone.||Powder eggs (I get it, it is the option at many hotels) were almost always almost out. Flakes were always left when I was present.||Orange Juice was available some days, and not others,||Yogurt was available for the first few days of the stay, but towards the end it was not available.||Last several days I took the family elsewhere for breakfast because it was so bad.||Otherwise the hotel was great. However, because the breakfast was so bad, I would only recommend this hotel to someone if I made them fully aware of the truly awful breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. The staff is great. It is a great hotel in a great location (other than the breakfast).||If I was coming to this area again I would still consider this Homewood Suites hotel (it is great). ,but I'd weigh other Hilton properties first because of the breakfast. I mean, every single Homewood, Hampton, Home2Suites, and other lower tier Hilton properties has a breakfast way better than this Homewood.

For the most part everything was ok, some of the front desk were rude or seemed annoyed when you ask for anything. We stayed for 3 nights and they never came and changed the sheets, vacuumed the floor or anything. We requested a vacuum and expected our room to be clean when we returned back from being out all day. It wasn't... not even the trash. My fiancé even confirmed with housekeeping that morning to make sure we were on the list and they said we were. I talked to someone and they said a manager would be in touch and still nothing! The food in the morning is a 4/10, not the greatest but serves its purpose, might I suggest adding another waffle maker so people don't have to wait as long,

I do delivery apps on the side, and delivered here the other night. The piped in "scents" or whatever it is, hit me in the face as soon as the doors opened. I have severe asthma and debilitating migraines. I had an instant asthma attack. I had to deliver the food while I was coughing so much I couldn't breathe. The migraine set in while I was in the elevator. Your hotel sickened me so much I couldn't work for the rest of the day. Why would you do something like this that can harm people?

Good location. Close to everything in the Tech Center area. Room felt a bit dated but was clean and quiet. Would stay here again!

DO NOT STAY HERE. SUITE ASSURANCE GUARANTEE - NOT My family stayed at the Homewood Suites at the Denver Tech Center this past weekend, July 26th - July 28th. It was a terrible experience, the manager Kimberly Switzer was rude and demeaning when I brought the issues to her attention. The issue arose when we arrived and went into the room, it was ice cold in the room. The A/C unit was controlled by the thermostat on the wall and we tried increasing the temperature with no result and we tried turning the unit off. After turning it off at the thermostat we went to dinner and when we came back the unit was still running and it was still ice cold. We went to the front desk and Tom came to the room and manually turned the unit off. He told us maintenance would come to the room on Saturday July 27th and fix the issue. We left that morning and when we came back around 4pm the room was blistering hot and the unit had not been attended to. We went back to the desk and they said someone should be coming to the room that day. We left and went to dinner and came back and still no one had been to the room to attend to the unit. I went back to the desk and asked to speak with a manager. I was told she was not there but she would be there in the morning and they would alert her to the continuing issue. It should be noted it was not offered to us to switch rooms, we were just told someone would be coming to our room to fix it. A few pictures of the unit are attached so you can see what the unit looked like. Sunday morning when I went to check out Kimberly was at the desk and I spoke to her about the issue. She asked me if the unit was controlled by the unit itself and not the thermostat, I let her know it was definitely controlled by the thermostat and that Tom had been up to the room to manually shut it off. She told me there was nothing she could do since we booked the room through Expedia. She said she would waive the room charges from the hotel store and the parking fees. It should be noted I have still been charged for these things. But other than that she could not do anything. I found this to be interesting because right there on the desk there is SUITE ASSURANCE GUARANTEE that states "While you're here, we want you to Be at home. If for any reason you are not satisfied, just let us know. We'll make it right or your night's stay is free." A picture of the sign is attached. We went to the desk about an issue multiple times, nothing was done to improve our experience, we were not offered a different room and that is not something I should have to ask for. We were definitely not satisfied.
