Loved this place. Stayed here for three nights while attending events at the Xtream Arena down the street. Parked the car at check-in, and never touched it again til we checked out. Less than a 5 minute walk to arena.| Had a 1 bedroom suite w/ 2 queen beds in it. Pretty roomy for the two of us. At less than $175/night, it was good value w/ free breakfast, and parking was only $5/night.| Everything in the room worked. Staff were all nice. Area around hotel has several places to eat/drink, although some closed rather early.. i.e., the pizza/bar across the street closing at 9pm on a thursday night.

Loved the location!! Felt like a very cool loft in an up and coming downtown neighborhood! Scratch Cupcakes upon arrival? What more could you ask for!? We loved the upgraded toiletries in the bathroom and the well stocked kitchen. The suite was plenty of room to comfortably fit our family of 6 including 4 teenagers! Breakfast included so many choices and was hot and fresh.

I had a great stay here recently. Their evening meals were delicious and a huge benefit for someone traveling.

Our family stayed at Homewood Suites in Coralville due to a water leak at our house. The hotel was very clean, our room was big, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was yummy, and our boys really liked the pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated how helpful the staff was, they made our stressful week a lot better!

When I checked in, the front desk said nothing to my pet, Chinchilla. However, after my stay, I was charged a pet fee twice by this hotel manager MICHELLE, as a breach of their pet policy that means ONLY dogs and cats are allowed. If saying the breach of pet policy, should have told me that when I checked in. P.S. I contacted customer service at the Hilton Hotel, and they apologized for this breach of the pet policy charge after the improper checked-in process and refunded that amount.

A few years ago (6), I received this from the hotel in the morning. It was awesome to see a hotel take a genuine interest at checkin to what brings our travel to the hotel. This was an example of going above and beyond and appreciated.

Nice hotel for a weekend away. The area around it has lots of restaurants and it's close to the university. My room was huge. Staff were very helpful when I had an issue and resolved it quickly.

Come due to a doctors appointment for my son several hours away from home. Definitely family recommended hotel and full kitchen if you don’t want to eat out every meal and want to microwave or cook meals while you stay. Nice quiet hotel. Good shopping center and food places near by within walking distance.
