Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile - Extended stay hotel in Chicago - 152 E Huron St, USA

I have stayed in Chicago many times and is is probably my FAVORITE hotel to stay in. This trip was medically related and I was caddie cornered from northwestern memorial hospital. It was SO convenient. The staff was friendly, the breakfast area and service was impeccable and WELL stocked and managed. They even have a Wednesday night light soup and salad type meal! (Once a week) They offered cookies in the evening 2 of 3 nights we were there. We were on the 37th floor and I heard minimal street noise. We were given a FREE upgrade to a king suite without asking that was one of the largest rooms I have ever stayed in! So spacious! My siblings stayed in a very spacious handicap suite as well. ||We had EXCELLENT housekeeping and I even tipped because i was so impressed! If you’re looking for staying in a QUALITY hotel when location is everything (around corner from mag mile as well) this is IT!

I have stayed at many hotels during my travel. My stay at the Homewood Suites Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile exceeded my expectations. The apartment-like rooms have full size refrigerators and other appliances that made my stay feel like home. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. There was a small problem during my stay. When addressed to the manager (Tony), he immediately took care of it. The breakfast buffet was nice. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here during the Christmas holidays so the rates were much lower than they normally would be. I must say that it was wonderful to have a suite with a separate bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. I got to save so much money eating leftovers and picking up essentials from the nearby Trader Joe's. Breakfast is also included with my stay, although it was a rather generic, high school cafeteria style breakfast. I brought the breakfast items back to my suite and was able to somewhat jazz them up a little bit. All in all, it was a wonderful stay that I would definitely consider doing again next Christmas.

We stayed here at the beginning of our cross country trip to California. This hotel is in a great location to experience down town Chicago. Place was clean and staff was super nice. |Big Shout out miss Lynette she made us feel like we were visiting family. Gave us great pointers for around town and took the time to ask us if everything was as expected. More locations should have representatives like miss Lynette, she truly is a bonus to this hotel.

I enjoyed a 7-night stay in Dec 2023, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The room was neat, clean, and welcoming. The service provided by the staff was truly top-notch. A special mention goes out to Lynette, whose warm and gracious welcome set the tone for my entire stay. Her friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist made me feel right at home. It's the small gestures like hers that truly make a difference. One of the highlights of my mornings was encountering Daymion Holmes at breakfast. He went above and beyond to engage with guests, always wearing a smile creating a positive and friendly atmosphere. I also want to express my gratitude to Myron and Jeremy for their service during the Wednesday social get-together. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable stay.

Wonderful accommodations in a fabulous location. Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Views of both Lake Michigan and the Magnificent Mile from our windows. Free breakfast was a great perk—host Isidro in the breakfast room does his job very well. What an asset to the staff. He takes the time to greet each guest and assist everyone who needs help. He is a gem!

I checked in on 1/9/24 and upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and gracious. The Staff Was Excellent and exhibited real customer/guest service ! I appreciate the fact that the Room was clean. Special Thanks To Ms Lynette for the great hospitality, smile and cookies :)

Reserved a room on points for a family member who needed a getaway. Hotel did not work out for her; she left after 1 night. Hotel kept points for 9 nights even though she checked out after one night. Have called hotel and Hilton multiple times, left messages for GM, spoke with front desk supervisor, also accounting manager. Zero response. I am a diamond member for years, and this situation has been going on for 3 months. Horrible responsiveness, and I am out over 250k points.
