We just left Homewood Suites by Hilton in Canton,MA. Five of us stayed one night in the 2 queen bed suite with a sofa bed. It was a beautiful room - full kitchen area, living room and large bedroom with a shower and toilet closed off and the vanity and sink was separate. I’m a house cleaner and a bit of a germaphobe and this room met my standards - I was so relieved! The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was not so much (still grateful for having that option for our group of 5). There are a ton of tech outlets for all your charging needs, especially in the bed headboards on both sides. The staff was phenomenal. The moment we walked through the door everyone we came into contact with was so kind, starting with the front desk upon check in. Super friendly, helpful and personable. Afterwards we entered in through the back of the building where we met the rooms housekeeper, very kind gentleman, leading us to the elevator and later helped us inside to see the pool area. When we came up to the room we met the maintenance gentleman I believe he was, I think his name was Melvin? So sweet. My kids even remarked how nice he was. He explained what he was doing (ensuring the strobe is in case of an emergency for the hearing impaired) and offered info to make our stay enjoyable. The only drawback was the pool that we didn’t get to enjoy. Upon checking it out we noticed the water was very opaque, you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub looked tempting but we decided to skip it as we’ve had a bad experience with our skin and improperly chemically balanced pool waters. This is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel, the kids had packed their swimsuits for it. We hope it is fixed soon for future guests. The hot breakfast was perfect! A nice variety - cereal, bagels, oatmeal, bacon, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt and good coffee. The breakfast attendant did a super job at keeping things stocked and clean. Overall, we had a great experience and this is a lovely hotel. We would stay here again. Would have been a 5 if it wasn’t for the skeptical looking pool water.

Terrible hotel, avoid at all costs. Called for blanket and pillow multiple times, never came. Pool and spa chlorine level were so high kids couldn’t breathe after 3 minutes and we had to leave. Talked to the front desk and they showed me their “logs” and insisted the levels were correct, however the logs showed zero chlorine levels for days, which was obviously not the case and , even if it were true, would be a health hazard itself. Called management no less than 10 times, no resolution finally escalated and was told by the manager, Angela, everything was fine and there was nothing they could do. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Clean rooms, quiet and spacious. The complimentary breakfast left a little to be desired. For a Hilton hotel, I expected more choices and higher quality ingredients. The service at the front desk was superb, very friendly and helpful staff. I wish I remembered their names to shout them out, but I don't (sorry). I'll definitely stay again, I just won't wast my time getting the complimentary breakfast.

We just spent 3 nights in this property. I want to set the record straight. You can see I have posted lots of reviews. This is not a singular review from a competitor. There were lots of comments about nasty carpet on the first floor (this is the most used with the pool). Apparently this has been addressed. The carpet on the first floor did not match the other floors and appeared new (picture attached). I must say - I was so concerned that I was going to switch to the nearby HGI the week before our arrival, but they were sold out. I'm glad we stayed with our reservation.||Check in with digital key was easy. The room on the 3rd floor was clean. The property is located in a very quiet area with several gas stations. Made it easy to fill up before returning a rental car to Logan.||The air was cold. The only complaint is consistent with all Hilton properties - the waaay too soft pillows and your head sinks to the bottom. I really wish Hilton would take a page from Marriot and give you a soft pillow and a more firm pillow, so you can pick what you prefer.||The breakfast is a typical Homewood breakfast. Hot food may be sausage or bacon and some egg version, along with fresh fruit and muffins/toast.||In summary - relax about all the negative reviews. This is a fine property.

Newly furnished hotel with clean modern room. We stayed in a king size bed room with a sofa bed. Room came with kitchen and full size fridge. It is well decorated contemporary feel. Everything was clean. Sofa bed’s fitted mattress and extra blanket a bit worn with thinning holes in some area. Other than that it is an excellent stay. 20 min drive to Quincy market on a weekend with no traffic. Plenty of restaurants in a drivable range. Would consider staying here again next time visiting Boston if chose not to stay inside metropolitan Boston for cost saving.

NO COMPLAINTS! Returned a second year in a row… 15 minutes from Gillette Stadium, 35 minutes from Fenway Park||Hotel and room were clean, relatively quiet, and within minutes from convenient store, liquor store, and other shops. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner available in the spacious shower. Room had full-sized fridge, a microwave, save, and other helpful amenities.||Bed was very comfortable.||We grabbed muffins, bananas, and coffee for the road—always nice to have breakfast options on-site, even if not extravagant.||Service was great! ||Small recommendations: better shower head for better pressure and better pricing.

Stayed for 4 days. Had a king studio room and it was very nice and clean. The shower/sink area was really nice too. Standup shower had full, standard size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There was a little kitchenette, with a standard sized fridge (not the small ones,) a dishwasher, paper towels, and dish towels. There were also utensils, pots, glasses, plates, and bowls. Breakfast choices were good--it was something a little different every morning. Was able to check in later than the set check in time. Staff was nice. Location was nice, however the morning traffic going into Boston was rough, but it is what it is. There are many good places that are a little less than a 20 min drive. Didn't have a chance to use the gym, laundry, or pool, but I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel for the convenience to our Family Reunion site and the high rating and favorable reviews along with the Hilton brand. However, upon arriving at this hotel, I was extremely disappointed that the advertising and overall rating did not measure up to the experience. With a number of family and friends expected to arrive and visit throughout our stay, it was a disappointment to walk throughout the first floor hallway leading to the elevator (which was the only way to get to elevator) and find filthy carpet throughout the entrance! Unbelievable!! Inside the room, the air conditioner vent fell down every time it restarted. Unacceptable! Although an inconvenience, as we had a very busy schedule, we were forced to make the decision to leave as this hotel was not a place we wanted to invite our guests. The hotel manager, Eddie (?) is to be commended though as he was very accommodating and apologized for the experience; citing incomplete and slow renovation as the cause. I recommend that the hotel post a notice about the condition of the hotel as a result of delayed completion of the renovation, so that potential guests are informed and able to make an informed decision before selecting this hotel. This was a real inconvenience to us and costs us precious time to locate and transfer to another hotel. I expect better from a Hilton brand. ☹☹👎
